I purchased 6 36 V golf cart batteries on Saturday morning with instruction that the batteries would be coming from several stores because they only had 1 or 2 in each store. We were told that they should be ready by that afternoon and that I could come back and pick him up. since there was a parade happening, I told them I would pick them up Sunday morning. Sunday morning, I went to pick up 5 batteries and was told that they were still down one battery. I went back Monday morning to ask if that battery had been delivered yet and I was told it was not. a lady that works at the store told told told the sales person that the hub was shut down and that the battery wouldn't be in. . I asked the sales associate when I could expect to pick up the battery that I had paid for 2 days prior and he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. I have a parade that I'm in on Saturday coming up and now I have no ETA for when I will get the last battery that I was promised, I would get the day that I purchased it. This store is not the most attentive to customers. They do not call you when there is an issue. They do not call you when your goods are ready to be picked up. This review could have been avoided had the sales associate mentioned they would follow up to see where and when the battery would be available and a call for an update. I'm highly disappointed with the service that began very positive.

Savannah recommended this location to me after I didn't have a good experience at another location. This location was so professional & so helpful! Jay was the employee to test my car for me & you can really tell he loves his job! He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He educated me on the test step by step, the numbers, even the part itself. He also made sure that the issue was the correct issue by testing my car twice. I could not thank this team enough, as I was starting to feel defeated with other locations telling me different things. I live closer to other locations, but will be going to this one from now on!
