Terrible coffee, disappointed. Couldn't drink it at all. Tried calling three times while I was sitting in the parking lot before getting out of the car, Watched the person behind the counter, ignore the phone. How do you not answer the phone? Seriously? Don't go here.

I didn't get my 11cents off per gallon because I PAID IN CASH . What happened to cash is king ??? If I paid w my cc and acrued interest charges , I can get my 11 cents off by inserting my cc at the pump and not paying w cash at the register. The assistant manager, well she said oh well, to bad , use your cc next time . Was also over charged for my Sour Skittles. Avoid this 7/11, there are plenty in either direction on 34. That is all!!!

No one ever picks up the phone no matter the night I try to call to ask for cheese sauce for my mini tacos but no place to order it on uber eats and they nefer answer the phone. A constant problem that seems like you guys will never solve.

This has to be one of the most disturbing stores I have ever been too. As the CEO of a major company, if the employees ever treated my customers the way I was treated I would fire them immediately. It gets worse it was the assistant manager who didn't know how to do her job. She is absolutely a disgusting disgrace for customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.It is apparent that ALL of the employees need to be re-trained, and the assistant manager needs to be fired! First she doesn't know how to do her job, and second she is extremely disrespectful and has no business in customer service. PLEASE NOTE I TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY TO CONTACT THE SENIOR EXECUTIVES OF SOUTHLAND CORPORATION.?????????????????

Like most convenient stores, this store was a little busy. However, the Team Lead, on duty, was quick and efficient. He was fast even when customers had more than 1 lottery ticket to check. I would strongly suggest that management make the Lottery Checker visible and accessible to anyone so that customers can check their own tickets. By doing this one thing, it might free up the lines & speed up checkout, because now the Clerk would not have to check ALL the tickets. Great job Team Lead!!!

Thank you for your patience with me -- I managed to figure out why I wasn't able to access my money from PayPal yesterday [the available balance was from the app Cashhy and they paid in Euro.] I had to transfer it to Dave App and Cash App to be able to use this; yep it's hard to believe I was paid in Euro too. I am not joking about that I was paid in almost $6 worth of Euro approx. with that app.This was what I was chasing around yesterday mapping the route of something on the way to Thana, Bangladesh, earlier in the month -- this was mailed out on December 3, 2021, then knowing it was this far along well why not share this with some of you -- normally I would have USD on my card this was the second time I was paid in Euro. Those of you who work with Euro make sure you can transfer it to your Cash App Card or Dave Account to pay for your lunch. This is something I learned how to do a bit later that afternoon.]Update on that mail what I was tracking it was unboxed in Khalna, Thana, Bangladesh.

The staff at this location is very, very nice and professional. I am always happy to shop here. A very tall gentleman with glasses and a cool hat, I think he's the manager, has been especially nice, explaining the 7/11 app to a newbie and providing top notch service every day without fail. It's nice to have a corner store that feels like a neighborhood store instead of just another store in a chain. Thank you!
