This store has to be the worst store ever in 7-Eleven history. My boys and I go to the store for convenience being that it is up the street from the football field where my kids actually play football at what does living in Palm Harbor is convenient enough for us to stop there and get on 19 and head back home Well today my 11 year old son came out the store with the odd look on his face. He got in the car and told me “ I never wanna come to the store again” When I asked him, why why he said because the manager was staring at him the entire time he was in there I politely got out the car and went and asked the guy if I can speak to him for a second when he came up he had an attitude I asked him did he have a problem with the little boys that just came in he said no I said because you sat and watch my children the entire time they were in the store. He said your kids made a mess with the ice. I asked him if he wanted me to clean it up. He said no. So I said how would you feel as a minority for you to walk into another minority store and a person watch your children the entire time and your kids come back and tell you they don’t wanna go in the store again he stated he didn’t care. He also stated that he had grandchildren and great grandchildren, and he wouldn’t have to go through that, as I never heard this in my life, it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen especially on a man supposed to be a protector in a provider. I told him I understood that he has a business, but that’s the way you run your business he does not ever have to worry about me or my children come there if I have the time of day to sit outside on that street and protest , how bad of a person that guy is I would just get my point across.

The worst store I've been to from all 7-Eleven in Pinellas Park My 12-year-old went in to buy some drinks he overcharged like $4 told me that my son always spill the cup and they're that was not free I told him get my money back he said no he tells me that that was not free I left all my items on his counter tell him he can keep it I need $11 The problem was he's stealing from a child he started cursing at me I let him have it back and his native language as I've been traveling with my military unit all around the world and I'm a 20-year-old veteran as a paratrooper with third group Green Beret I will report this to the better bureau I think they should close the store down the manager is horrible when I asked to speak to one he told me I am the manager very rude curse me out so I cursed him back out but to be polite did not do it in English because they were customers there I curse tomorrow and his own language , also told him I didn't need that $11 to keep it because I make $150 a year it's sad to see that he's become this way cuz most people from when he come from they're very polite and very generous

Wish I could give negative stars. That manager is a rude pos screaming at his employee and the way he talked to her was very sad. He should be glad I’m not his employee and that I value my freedom. If you are into downgrading people this is the store for you. This guy should get shut down. Not the way I remember a 7-11

I went in last night to load money on my card and they said they don’t take cash deposits after 9pm. So I go today around 2pm, and now they’re saying they don’t offer that service. Cashapp specifically says go to 7/11 or Walgreens. So I’m not sure why they’re having trouble with making cash deposits.
On top of this, the manager was very rude to me about having my service dog with me. My Yorkie is 14years old and has provided me service for years as I have Epilepsy. I was very upset with how the manager was speaking with me about my dog telling me he’s not a service animals and demanding I show him a trick to prove it. !
Note: not everyone with a disability shows signs of their disability. Mine just so happens to be in my brain. Not my physique.
I ended up leaving and going across the street to Shell, much better service.

I go to this gas station everyday. Everyone hates on the owner but every time I go in someone is trying him stealing, trying to get free drinks, mad about his policies……. Always something. Never had any issues and he runs a good business always has everything in stock, place is clean, and nice staff.

By far this is the absolute worst 711 I've ever been to. Actually the worst gas station over all. I'd rather go to the dirtiest sketchiest truck stop than go here the stuff is horrible and literally every time I've come to this store in the middle of the night they are closed for cleaning. SERIOUSLY what 711 closes? Like every time I pull in I question why I even bothered then tell myself I should report the owner to corporate.. I swear one day I'll follow through. It's a disgrace and a Public humiliation!!

the owner is a piece of shit he is rude and he is very unprofessional he charge for cream and sugar for your coffee that suppose to be free he needs to removed from that store asap i will not be returning to that store and i will let all my friends and family know to stay away from that store

This man truly is crazy almost every time I go in there he has a problem with stuff so I don't know if he's just racist or biased against women but he is absolutely crazy he should not raise his voice at people like he does this is probably three situations that he has done this he should be stopped and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting that alone should be a health hazard
