If I could give it zero stars I would. I came in and discussed this apartment and at the time there was no discussion that water was included and trash valet and that the rent was a specific amount. I found out when it was time to pay my deposit that instead of $1499 it would be $1611. First month I lived there my Amazon package was stolen by a neighbor, had to make a police report for it. I only lived there for 3 months and in that time there was a car that came in with bullet holes all over the windshield and crime scene and police all over. Many nights of police all over due to fights and DV, I also witnessed a fight of multiple people including a man kicking a woman in the head rolling around in the road. The pool by the office was constantly busy with people drinking and smoking weed playing loud music that children definitely should not hear which then turned into an argument. After explaining to them that I no longer feel safe anymore and explained why I was moving out, they charge me over $4,000 to move out. I understand that I would have to pay something but all of the unnecessary fees that were tacked on including rent, water, trash and pest control that were for the month after I moved out and $350 to resurface a bathtub that I only used for 3 months. Moving into that apartment was the worst mistake I made.

Unsafe, high crime, cops are there everyday, don't trust the management/office ppl, maintenance wise nothing will get done either
Claim we owe an outrageous amount of money after moved out but yet never contacted us to discuss it

Ive been a resident for a couple years now. I just wanted to acknowledge one of the properties maintenance men, Jose. This man always smiles and waves when I see him around the property. And at a time when everything has been chaotic from this years hurricane season, he has shown kindness even when he didnt have to. He also has done an great job to resolve any of the issues I've had in the apartment in a timely manner. He is awesome!

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches. They hide behind the cabinets, in the walls, and they won’t treat. Maintenance doesn’t do work orders. Steer far away from these roach infested apartments.

I've lived here for four years and I feel comfortable. Sheilla in the Office is very empathetic, and always assists me very well in solving some situations. The other young woman, S. Thomas, is also kind. The maintenance staff has efficiently attended to my requests on the same day. In a few months I will renew the contract because it is a quiet and central place.

Sheila helped us step by step the whole way helping us with our new apartment. Today is our move in day and she helped us get settled as much as she could. Such lovely and well mannered staff that are always here to help.

Horrible management, avoid. I need my shower fixed so I can actually shower after work and they keep saying someone will come and nobody comes.

I unfortunately moved and the house I moved into had roof leak problems so I’m looking to quickly move again all in the span of 3 weeks. I frantically called and Sheila was a LIGHT. She’s so warm and friendly and professional. I came by yesterday for an apartment tour and we were talking like old friends within the first couple minutes. She is a wonderful gem for this community!
While I haven’t lived there I do know someone that has for years and they enjoy the complex. I have lived in some questionable apartments with slumlord landlords and this place was far from. Super cute and well maintained, the apartments are adorable and the amenities are amazing for the price. While we all know prices have gone up and feel outrageous, I haven’t seen a place that had all of these amenities included. Especially for not having to put down a MASSIVE deposit for move in. Here’s to hoping for approval and to Sheila regardless of the outcome!

Not only do homeless sleep wherever they want but they swim in the pool at night. If they would fix the gates, it would be a community where only the residents can access but nope not with 49th street apartments. Anyone who walks the street is welcome. Corporate is in another country, slums lords.
