No doubt, Claudine is a personal trainer that I recommend without hesitation. In addition to her extensive knowledge and expertise, it is her constant motivation, dedication, warm, and kind personality that truly makes the difference. Since I began training with Claudine, I have gained a body strength and mobility that I never thought possible before. I absolutely love assisting every single class, as I feel better and more confident in my performance with each one. Claudine is very detail oriented and cautious that every exercise is performed correctly (emphasizing quality over quantity!), really helping me learn the technique behind every movement, and apply it to each repetition with intention and awareness. Her personalized assistance and overall system makes her classes truly unique. Most importantIy, it is her passion and expertise that has helped me achieve the most balanced and healthy version of myself.

Claudine is an amazing instructor! Her workouts helped me gain strength I never knew I had in me. Her cues have helped us all to stay safe. She is so motivating that you look forward to coming to class. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry and is always eager to share. You can always call her whenever you need advice on how to meet your fitness goals and she is there to support you and walk you through the process. Her routines change often so your body is challenged. She is very accommodating and provides alternatives to meet each individual’s needs. I am so appreciative to her for all I have gained physically and mentally.

Claudine Nannini epitomizes good health and superb conditioning. Her attention to detail and desire to master her craft have inspired her to obtain multiple certifications on proper weight training techniques and body mechanics. Claudine’s explosive energy and positive attitude are transported to every student virtually or in person. I am a testament that the “Claudine Nannini Method” works. I have lost 16 pounds and no longer experience paralyzing lower back pains. I follow her exercise protocols weekly and have done her 21 Day eating challenge program. Very knowledgeable instructor, extremely kind and enthusiastic, I highly recommend!I had the pleasure of having Claudine as a fitness trainer and as a zumba instructor. She is an expert and has had many years in the field. She is very attentive to your personal needs. She goes by what feels good for YOU and prioritizes balance in all of your fitness goals. Claudine is my favorite zumba instructor of all time! (and I’ve had many over the years) Her classes are fun and easy to follow all the while getting a great cardio workout. You will leave her class drenched in sweat and with a big smile. Her class is my favorite hour of the entire week. Her energy is infectious! Claudine is very encouraging and motivating and just makes you feel comfortable and confident. She checks all the boxes and has exceeded my expectations as a trainer and a zumba instructor. I am blessed beyond measure to know such an experienced and talented instructor who is also such a genuine and compassionate woman! She is born to do what she does!

I’ve been training with Claudine since the pandemia started in 2020.Having my daily training routine over zoom made the pandemia less difficult. I was always looking forward ( and, still I am) to my daily training, wherever I am.She worked very hard to made the technology work on both ends ( instructor and student).She has deep knowledge of all exercises to maximize results, gain strength, endurance, most importantly injury free.I have seen great results. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her. Professional and Fun. Just amazing!

Claudine’s Zumba class is a very fun way to get cardio exercise while dancing to great music. It is easy to follow for beginners and a great workout for experienced Zumba followers as well. Her fitness programs combine strength training and stretching in a safe, effective manner and her Balance 21 nutrition program changed my eating habits in a healthy way that fit easily into my work and life schedule. Her positive attitude and dedication to helping people get and stay healthy has been a huge game changer for me. I highly recommend all of her programs.
