I've been in the store twice in the last couple of weeks and both times I go in there, it's closed for maintenance during business hours. Don't bother going to this UPS location. Try any other location and chances are they might be open.

I have sent through UPS at this Pinecrest Fl office in the last 4 years I have sent small boxes medium boxes and I have always received the best attention there a small line is really something very fast very friendly the people who work there help me with the boxes To finish closing them, the price is very convenient. And the best thing is that every day the service was expedited from Miami to Jaci at the normal rate and I had to put a box on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday and it has been more than 2 months since they sent the box on Monday and it arrives on Tuesday afternoon So I'm very happy that's why I give five stars Thank you very much UPS

I am not sure why I only see 3.2 stars of reviews for this UPS store. I’ve maybe been here a half dozen times and each time I have found them to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Yes, there might be a little bit of a wait, but that is to be expected. They do move the line pretty quickly and take care of business

I recently moved to the area and visited this UPS Store near me, and I have to say that the staff there is absolutely awesome! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. Lester & Luis are very knowledgeable and they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed to get my shipping and printing done quickly and efficiently. thank you!

By far the worst ups store I’ve ever been to. They lose packages and are rude! Luis is completely lost and the “manager” Leslie is also rude and not helpful AT ALL. Go to another store and definitely do not send anything through them as they are incompetent and will not take accountability for anything.
