I love bikes! I have several, and since entering the world of cycling, I’ve been fortunate to meet Agustin Balsero—one of the most professional and knowledgeable people in the cycling field. Agustin is kind, incredibly charismatic, and has an impressive depth of knowledge. His transparency, professionalism, and empathy made it easy to trust his advice and helped me make the best decision on my next bike.
Agustin provided a thorough overview of the top brands on the market, explaining each one’s features, components, and pricing. After his excellent guidance, he also gave me the type of help we all hope for—a remarkable discount! I ended up choosing the new Trek Madone SLR 7 Gen 8, a spectacular bike!
Agustin doesn’t just aim to sell any bike; he genuinely wants to help people find the best quality bike at the best price, making sure you feel amazing with your choice. The store is fantastic, and the entire team, including mechanics Lester and Rolando, is very skilled. But Agustin truly stands out—you have to meet him!
He even leads a weekend cycling group called Agustribike, which goes on beautiful, well-planned routes. You can follow him on Instagram @agustribike, where he shares safe, reliable routes to keep all members secure. Though he’s no longer at the Trek store, you can still reach out to him on social media, and he’ll gladly assist you with everything you need.

Absolutely best place to buy pro bicycles in Miami. Amazing quality services. Customer service team and specially Oscar who was the sales person we worked with has deep knowledge of products and did great recommendations to us as he was reading our mind. I do not recommend other place to go to buy a bicycle.

Friendly, courteous, very service oriented. Without being a customer took care of a Trek warranty as I’ve bought the bike from them or had been a customer for years. I recommend this store eyes closed to anyone. Thank you Oscar for taking care of me and inviting me to your group rides.

I recently took my bike to Trek Bicycle Miami due to an issue with the seat post. Despite their best efforts, the team discovered that the frame itself was the issue, causing the problem. Without hesitation, Marckelly reached out to Trek Bicycles, and I was thrilled when they managed to secure a warranty replacement for a brand new frame! The team at Trek Bicycle Miami went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and support throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend them for their dedication to customer satisfaction!

Sport is what I am passionate about in my life, except that cycling is one of my favorites. Agustín provides super customer service. The first thing that guides you is to know the correct size to buy your bicycle, then components and accessories according to what best suits the athlete or lover of this beautiful sport.
