“Pretty chill place. Not sure if I just have face blindness and can't remember or if there is a large turnover of employees but it seems like a new person every time I go.I don't need or use most of the products as I'm autistic and picky but the tch-a flower selection is okay, sometimes they run low and I think they only stock one brand.Have been a little disappointed my last couple trips since they only had eighths in stock and not quarters, would not give me the quarter price if I bought the two eighths.Also they just deleted every membership point i had accumlated with zero warning or explanation.”
“If this place had to be described as anything... it would be the Stargate of hookah lounges. The moment you walk up the flight of stairs you go from being creeped out to being welcomed by cute figurines and the aroma of hookah smoke.
Once you step through the front door your eyes dance every which way. There isnt a corner in this place that wont keep you entertained.
Open until 2 am and with a pharoh in his own right serving any smoky request. Whether its cigars or Hookah, the pharoh even joins you for a smoke after hes done serving his clientelle.”

“Last April, I purchased cigars, cutters and a Xikar lighter. Back in Europe where I reside, over time the lighter begun to show problems to the point of no longer working. So, I call and email the Xikar headquarter in Weston. Mr. José (the person who assisted me), assured that the issue would have been solved. Unfortunately, after the first phone call and two emails, he no longer gave signs of life. Mistakenly I thought Mr. José was part of the Neptune cigars team, which of course made me even more disappointed considering the interesting amount of money spent overall (over $500). After having wrote a negative review of the store, I was contacted by Mr. Adam Stewart of Neptune Customer Service, which after clarifying to me that Mr. José was not related whatsoever to the store, took great attention in solving the issue with the lighter. Inspite of me being in Europe he followed up continually giving me advices on how to try to make it function. However this, didn't happened. So, he issued me a voucher with no expiration date with the same amount paid for the lighter that I'll have the possibility to use, once back in Miami.
Mr. Adam, thx again for having kept the American customer service tradition at its highest standard and please, address my apologies to the team of Neptune store in Pinecrest.
Mr. José of Xikar in Weston instead, can go to hell!”
