I just did a refill with Minh and I'm so obsessed with how my lashes came out. She really took her time to explain the process and was professional throughout. I highly recommend her!

This has honestly been the most disappointing experience thus far. i’ve had a membership since 2022 and when I first started getting my lashes done I’ve never had issues not with the glue nor the lashes or anything of the sort I never not once had ever gotten an allergic reaction. I’m not sure if they just changed the materials I really don’t know regardless when I came back to do my lashes this year several times mind you had two different locations. I’ve been very displeased with the results not only have my lashes not came out the way that I wanted them to they were still giving me irritation and allergic reactions. My eyes were swollen, my eyelids were irritated. It was just an awful experience so when I spoke to the last tech she recommended I try the hypoallergenic glue. that as well, this is money that I am putting into this company to give it several chances to make up what I’m not happy with and yet they failed me every single time my eyes would come out irritated. The hypoallergenic did not work so I had enough and I called in and I requested for the manager to cancel my account, I have not been charged since September. I don’t know what miscommunication happened because I even requested for them to leave a note to cancel my account and I’m still being charged. This is literal fraud. I don’t want them to charge me anymore. I am very displeased with the service that I received here. The only person that knows what they’re doing at this point is Ariel. She has actually been the best help overall but otherwise I will not be coming back to this company whatsoever .

My lash tech put noticeably less glue during my extensions refill. I didnt appreciate it especially since I felt like she used less glue after she noticed how well my lashes stayed after my 1st visit. I had my lashes falling off since the first day ?
Now I will be finding another location to get my lashe done. Not really trusting this place after that.

I went to get a brow lamination and threaded. The girl destroyed my brow. Never again am I cheating on my brow lady! I now have holes and patches where hair will never grow.
