The Cheese Course has sadly fallen from grace due to inexperienced management. The lack of backbone and professionalism from the manager has led to a decline in service, food quality, and overall ambiance. Tables are dirty, orders are mixed up, and complaints are ignored. The once flavorful dishes now lack freshness and creativity. It's evident that corners are being cut. Without swift changes, I can no longer recommend The Cheese Course to others. If management doesn’t address these issues they will continue to lose customers coming for years…

Do not skip this place ! The sandwiches are sooooooooo delicious. Perfect for sandwiches + super indulgent. I was skeptical at first because it's in a shopping plaza, but was converted quickly upon my first bite. I gave them 4 stars because staff was not really welcoming + atmosphere lacked personality.

Cozy atmosphere, good service and exquisite cheeses, in addition to wines.

Delicious food. Ordered the soup and sandwich combo and it was delicious. My husband had the short rib sandwich and it was amazing. The service was nice too and both times that I have been, the place has been pretty empty and calm. Do recommend that you try it!

The Cheese Course: A Journey Through Artisanal Cheese Delights. This European-style bistro and cheese market is a delightful homage to the art of cheese craftsmanship, and it takes you on a global journey through artisanal and handcrafted cheeses. What sets The Cheese Course apart is its dedication to sourcing the finest cheeses from dairy farms across the world. From the creamy allure of French Brie to the bold complexity of Italian Gorgonzola, each cheese on their extensive menu is a testament to tradition, quality, and flavor. The attention to detail in curating these offerings is truly commendable, making each visit an opportunity to savor the world's cheese heritage. The atmosphere is equally charming, offering an intimate and welcoming ambiance. It's an ideal spot for a romantic date night or a gathering of friends and family. However, it's worth noting that while the seats exude a rustic charm, they could benefit from a bit more cushioning to comfortably accommodate diners of all body sizes. In summary, The Cheese Course is a cheese lover's paradise, a place where you can explore the world's cheese heritage bite by delectable bite. Their commitment to tradition and craftsmanship shines through, and I look forward to my next journey through their cheese offerings.

I was looking for a place to invite my friends from out of town to have brunch. I went to the Pinecrest location and I informed the two girls there that it was my first time and they show no emotion. Usually when I let an establishment know that, I get a reaction and much better service. I ordered a soup and a salad; the soup was cold. I kept trying to get the waitstaff’s attention but they all had their EarPods on. Lol. I left disappointed but didn’t pay for the cold soup and didn’t leave a tip. I guess the waitstaff’s salaries must be good that there’s no need for tips since they make absolutely no effort to serve their customers. I tip well too - given good service. Too bad.

Nice place and friendly staff. Food is delish. The one dessert I tried (crème brûlée was not tasty). All they need is a larger cheese and wine display as well as comfortable chairs. Happy hour is good!

Today I went to the cheese course with my mother and husband. We’ve been here a couple times before and the service was fantastic! our server ‘Mellisa’ was so kind and gave us samples of wine when we couldn’t decide what we wanted. (the Chardonnay was a great choice) She gave us excellent suggestions and I wish we can give a 10 star review. Sadly we’re moving out of state and won’t be here as often but when we come to visit, we sure know now where we’ll eat. The sandwich and soup combo is a go-to. and that Alfajor was a great dessert to end off our meal with!

One of our favorites for a quick bite. Healthy choices with good service. Choose a sandwich, soup or salad, or a combination. Cookies and coffee are great way to close out the meal.Parking: Ample parking, strip mall always crowded but plenty of spots usually on second aisle.

I’ve ordered to-go twice from here and every time it is delicious. They have the best tomato soup and the cheddar melt with ham is amazing! My only complaint would be it’s pretty pricey.. for a sandwich, soup, and cookie I paid $45.

Sad but we walked in (2 adults and a child ), 7pm on a Friday night and the waitress... literally threw the menus on the table in front of my face and walked off....She either wanted to leave early on a Friday night or she hates her job.We got up and left....
