I ordered a specific tone of white paint and the sales rep named Christopher placed my sticker on a 5 gallon bucket and said here you go. When I asked why he didn’t mix any colors he said another customer earlier had asked for the same color. So I asked how he’d know what color it was if there was no sticker before he placed mine. Then he tried telling me that the color I asked for is the same as their base white color, which is not true. After I told him I thought he was lying he offered to mix the color for me. Had he contacted his manager like I asked, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Just want people to be aware that this place cannot be trusted.

We are painting our outside house. Never knew there was 10,000 whites. Going to Home Depot made it more confusing. Edwin saved us a ton of time! These people are truly experts! We spoke with him and was able to decide our home colors! I will be back and highly recommend Sherwin-Williams!

Mariel, Javier and the entire team make the shopping experience terrific. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well kept and they understand customer needs. Great place to shop and the high end products are terrific.

After my bad experience at the Sherwin-Williams store in Kendall Dr. and sale person David, I decide to drive a little farther and see if I can get the pairs I was looking and I had a great customer service experience, Mr. Many was very helpful and nice an yes I was able to sell the colors I was looking based on the information I provide.

May 5, 2020 I visited the pinecrest location to pick up a gallon of ceiling paint. Unable to go inside the store, I sat in my car and phoned the clerk inside. When she picked up I gave them the phone number associated with my previous purchases. I requested a gallon of the ceiling paint we had previously purchased. The store clerk brought out 6510-65906 Bright White. I went home and applied the ceiling paint only to discover that it was the wrong paint. The correct paint is 6509-89858 Bright White. I called the store to tell them and for them to get me the right paint as I previously requested. They refused to help and told me to go to another store. I pleaded with them to help however they took a laid back nonchalant approach to the mistake and made it all my fault. I'm disgusted with this lack of effort to help. We have spent a lot of money $$$$ with Sherwin Williams over the last couple of years. I hope you take this matter seriously. Obviously it bothered me enough to share this experience.
