I made my appointment on line one hour before. I registered at a computer on the waiting area. Fifteen minutes later I was called in. Everybody was friendly.

SMOOTH PROCESS! Got there 7mins prior to my ‘APPOINTMENT’ (key word), checked-in via text & was called I’m 6mins after. Now, I made it a point to observe this whole process since I had read extremely bad reviews and was hesitant but I felt comfortable since Quest had been sending me emails confirming my upcoming “APPOINTMENT”. As I proceeded towards the back & was checking in w/the admin person (which was friendly), I asked if everyone that was in the waiting area had appointment. She informed me that unfortunately no, they did not have an appointment which explains why their wait time was taking long. As I was escorted to the next room, I had the pleasure of meeting “Lucy” which was super sweet & AMAZING locating my vein & was done within 3mins. ☺️ I also asked her some questions regarding the bad reviews & she confirmed that it is recommended to make a APPOINTMENT & we were done! As I proceeded to leave as I was walking out, a lady waiting in the waiting area had asked me at what time my appt was which was probably because she saw me getting there & not having to wait long for my appt. I felt bad tbh. My final outcome is: I recommend to ‼️MAKE AN APPOINTMENT‼️ instead of just walking in. 1 more thing, bathrooms were also very clean! Hope this review helps bring light to the negative ones. ✌?

Here’s what to expect: no window or person for checking in. Just a wall, a locked door, and a kiosk. Don’t get there early because it does not matter. They will be late for your actual appointment and will see all the people who check in after you anyway. And if you say “excuse me” to try to ask a question they hold a finger up and say wait and proceed to ignore you. Go anywhere else. Here customer service is dead and any hope for a positive patient experience dead with it!

You arrive at a waiting room where you must check-in yourself. Either through a message you receive on your cell phone or kiosks that allow you to do it on site. They call you shortly and the staff is very friendly.

The first thing is no help , no receptionist in in the morning 12/13 The technician who went outside to call a patient was disrespectful to me, she ignored me and spoke to someone who had just arrived. When some body call for my drop-off, it was better that the lady before. Lousy place, I don't recommend this to anyone

Worst Quest Diagnostics. You can tell the correlation is real when there’s hundreds of review about how rude and bad the staff is and nothing is done about it. The place is full of trashy workers. If you can go to a LabCorp and avoid this place at all time.

My husband just left there and an inexperienced person drew blood from his forearm muscle! Needless to say he/they were waiting 5minutes with a lot of discomfort for barely any blood. She had to call a supervisor to come in and redraw blood from his other arm in from the customary area before all the vials could be filled.

Horrible disgusting place. Arrived 12 minutes past appointment time because my son in special needs. I explained this to them and that he had not taken his seizure meds for this test. Aside from not caring or making any accommodations at all they were unable to tell me how long the wait could be. Spoke with two diff people. All they say is “I don’t know” over and over like robots. ZERO ACCOMMODATION FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN. People with no empathy should not work in the medical field.

Pinecrest location. The customer service is beyond unacceptable. Impossible to make an appointment and even when you successfully do, the wait is still long. Unacceptable! They have blocked off the reception window so if you have a question once you arrive, there is no one there to help. It was heartbreaking to see an elderly man deal with an Issue he was having with his appointment. Since there is no one at the front desk to help, he called the number and was basically talking to a bot recorder the whole time explaining the issue over and over. In the end, he left without being helped. Heartbreaking. Anyone in healthcare should not offer this kind of terrible service to patients.

I had to wait for 3hr to have a blood test, I don’t blame the nurses, this place needs a receptionist to handle the appointments and the walk-ins. The nurses were wasting their time coming to the door to take the people in, dealing with complaints instead to do their actual job. They should hire more people to provide faster service.

I had the pleasure and blessing of having Shakara help me when I went to Quest Diagnostic Dadeland for lab work. She was patient, professional, empathetic, kind, efficient and a positive attitude. She helped my friend who was there with her 12 year boy getting blood drawn and he had a vasal vagal response and she was quick to help get him stabilized with juice and elevating his legs. Wonderful work! With me, I am not scared of needles or the sight of blood. However, she did have to draw 10 tubes of blood from me. I did not feel any pain and she did an awesome job with the big of a draw. She is an exceptional phlebotomist and a kind human! I am sure the others there are good too. But, my super positive experience was with Shakara and she so deserves a HUGE shout out!

I noticed the low rating and had to give a review. I've been to this location many times and have always had great service. I also have never had problems with their appointment system.
