Bathroom wasn’t clean and there was almost no running water in the faucet.
Otherwise very efficient from scheduling to getting lab results. Cordial staff.

Quest has made it very easy for appointments to be made on line. My Quest also makes it very convenient to check-in by the text I receive the day of my appointment. The facility is clean, staff very professional and my appointment was prompt. and I did not even wait! Thank you Quest:)

Good afternoon,
I recently took my six-year-old to Quest Diagnostics PINECREST 9521 S Dixie Hwy for a blood draw, as instructed by his pediatrician. The sign-in process went smoothly, but the experience deteriorated once we were taken into the room by a young technician. From the start, she appeared unprofessional and displayed a very dry demeanor. My son, feeling anxious, asked her questions, but her responses were curt and lacked empathy. She even responded rudely when my son asked why he needed to put his arm down.
Feeling disrespected and concerned about the lack of professionalism, I decided to leave without having the blood drawn. I believe no one, especially a young child, should be treated this way. I later checked online reviews and noticed many others had similar experiences at this location.
I urge better management and more rigorous staff training to ensure patients receive the respectful and compassionate care they deserve. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The best Quest facility there is. Make your appointments on line and never go as a walk in. It will save you time and assure your spot quickly and efficiently.

Of all the quest Diagnostics locations I've been to, this one is by far the worst ever. This is my 1st bad experience. There was no control whatsoever! They were taking walk-ins before Saturday appointments. My appointment was for 6:40am & was seen almost at 7am. Will never go to this location again!!! Terrible staff. No respect, courtesy or professionalism!!!

Although my doctor's labwork work order was not on file, the staff handled it professionally, and luckily, I had a copy of the form.
The phlebotomist who assisted (young lady , sorry, forgot her name) was cordial and knowledgeable of my special needs. Many thanks!

I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time. I arrived 20 minutes early thinkin git would make a difference and it didn't.
