Wait time was not too long. Dr. Alexander was very attentive and answered all my questions patiently. Dr. Alexander followed up with a phone call to give me test results. Pleased with the personal attention.

Great marketing team. They obviously pay for these stellar reviews. I used them for an International Health Certificate to travel abroad with my dog. I was under the impression they had advanced equipment and systems to support the process. I was wrong. They don't even have access to VEHC-S to send the automated application to the USDA. Everything was done manually on paper which they had to correct three times due to errors on their part. I had to personally overnight the application to Gainesville once it got there, I was notified (unsurprisingly) by the USDA agent that there was information missing on the application. When I reached out to PVH they were unresponsive and dishonest, claiming they couldn't get the USDA agent on the phone and that they had already emailed him; neither of which had happened. When I got the USDA agent on the line and conferenced in the rep at the vet's office, he allowed her to explain their process and quickly lost his patience with her ineptitude. He corrected her so many times that I became embarrassed for them at that point. Thankfully, I got a seasoned, professional and helpful USDA agent to help us. He fixed PVH's debacle. Pinecrest Veterinary Hospital never bothered to follow-up with us to see whether the USDA agent was able to fix their mistakes and properly process the application for us to travel on time. I would never in a million years recommend this vet's office. Don't bother to reach out to the Office Manager for accountability. All you'll get is more attitude.

Wonderful veterinarians, tech and support staff. My beautiful Persians have been treated by Dr. Sloane Robins for several years now. I completely trust Dr. Robins with the care of my beloved cats and would absolutely recommend her to another cat or dog owner. I believe she loves her work and cares for all our pets as if they were her own.

We always have a positive interaction with Pinecrest we’ve gone to several vets for several things and this one is right up there with the best ones! They remind you of the appt they are very respectful and it’s always a warm feeling when entering the waiting area :) Dr Karpinski is an eye specialist and she is the best! She really knows her stuff and really explains to me what causes and how to fix it or avoid it getting worse!
