“Spent many years going to this Ace Hardware Store. I moved to North Carolina 7 years ago and still come down twice a year to visit relatives. On the week of July 17, 2023, I needed to rekey (master key) 3 new previously bought locks and decided to go to this Ace. Fortunately, a friendly lady employee greeted me and called Travis the manager. Travis went out of his way to accomplish the task himself without delay and at a very low price. Turns out I had dealt with Travis before. The extremely courteous and professional service was a blessing. Had I responded to the bigger hardware stores, I would still be standing in line.
