“Friendly staff, efficient store for Amazon drop offs. It will under 5mins time for returns if all is in order. This is my preferred store for returns because of how easy and quick the service is. There’s never a line and if there is the staff usually makes sure to move it along quite fast.”

“I have to give huge compliments to Luis and Jason. They went so far above and beyond to help my sister and myself.
On Friday, I went there to ship a package to my sister, and as things happen, the delivery was having issues. Trying to get through to UPS Corporate was a nightmare, but after I called them, Jason and Luis were all over this and got the issue resolved very very quickly.
That type of customer service is very rarely seen. I know that people are often quick to complain, but in this case, they deserve all the compliments they can get.

“I have been at this location several times to drop off packages for shipment. On my last visit, however, things turned sour, not with the UPS employees, but with the company that issued the QR code for return which wasn't working and when it finally was, it was only registering 1 of the 3 returns... The store manager was extremely calm, collected and professional (as well as the 2 other gentleman employees)
despite the fact I was very upset and not in my best mood being there almost an hour. That shows the kind of professionals that work at this location ????”

“This UPS rocks.
I've shipped a ton of tricky stuff, including heavy amps, weirdly shaped guitars, and sensitive nitro-finished guitars that get messed up just by looking at them funny.
Every time, the team at this store packages everything amazingly. My stuff basically shows up to its destination in better condition than when I sent it.
The best part, they're always super friendly, even when I'm being a helicopter customer by making silly requests to overprotect my gear.
I won't be going anywhere else to ship stuff out!”

“I have sent through UPS at this Pinecrest Fl office in the last 4 years I have sent small boxes medium boxes and I have always received the best attention there a small line is really something very fast very friendly the people who work there help me with the boxes To finish closing them, the price is very convenient. And the best thing is that every day the service was expedited from Miami to Jaci at the normal rate and I had to put a box on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday and it has been more than 2 months since they sent the box on Monday and it arrives on Tuesday afternoon So I'm very happy that's why I give five stars Thank you very much UPS”
