Great place to shop. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell. Prices are competitive and their gift wrapping is unbeatable.

Nice local toy store for children. If you have kids 1-16 there are a lot of different types of toys. Great place to get a gift for someone’s kids as well.

Not a fan of this place whatsoever and will not be back! Bought close to 300 dollars worth of birthday gifts for my daughter's friend and simply asked for a piece of wrapping paper so I could wrap remainder of items to match the rest at home and NOPE! Was a discussion that blew my mind!!!! In the end the silly girl gave me a tiny piece of paper not big enough for anything let alone the items that I bought at the store. Never again! Zero stars if I could!

Buyer beware!!! Terrible experience for my little girl. Saved her money to buy something at learning express. Opened the item and did not like it. Manager stated that since it was open no return. Sad for my daughter to have the courage to return something that she did not like and receive terrible customer service. This is not a customer friendly environment!! Disappointed that this is a kids shop!!

I purchased a Skip Hop Ball toy for my child on 5/31 which costs $7.99. When we got home, my child played with it and within 2 hours the ball detached from the string. I called the store and spoke to Jessica which advised me to come in and exchange it but because it was almost closing time, I decided to go the next day. I go in the next day and the cashier says Jessica just stepped out that she had to call the owner for my return. She dialed her on the phone to come out to the register but at the same time Jessica walks in from the front door of the store. So it's me and the the three employees alone in the store. When the owner comes out and sees the toy laid out on the counter, inspects it and she is like "oh wow this has never happened before!!!" And Jessica agrees. Then the owner asks if I want to exchange it for another one but my reply is "no". I don't know what they assumed. Clearly merchandise can turn out to be defective. I am posting this because they made me feel awkward for returning an overpriced low quality toy and maybe even assumed I purposely damaged it . Luckily I was the only customer but the outburst was totally uncalled for. Anyway, not a nice way to address a customer concern ladies. Next time, apologize for the inconvenience and offer a solution, THAT'S IT , no need to overreact. The cashier was nice though, she just did her part and was polite about it.

Great toy store in the area. Nice to have at least one store that keeps the tradition of walking into a toy store. Big difference for kids.
