I purchased a plant for $19.98. I decided to return the plant. The attendant told me that since I did not have a receipt that she was only able to give me $16.98 since that was the lowest price the item sold for once. This despite the fact that the plant had a sticker price for $19.98. Not cool. Tomorrow I am returning a whole bunch of plants and buying my plants elsewhere . Home Depot will loose much more than $3.98 now. Roger the store manager was not helpful with this issue.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Home Depot products or services. Buy at Home Depot online a cabinet for the screen to watch movies and TV, and a cabinet to store dishes and bowls, the two pieces of furniture were of a much lower quality than what they seemed in the photo and they arrived in boxes disassembled and broken, take photos and we tried to use them since in these times of pandemic everything takes so long to be shipped, or that is the excuse, because Amazon and Wayfair do not have that problem. Once we had it assembled there was no way to use them, the damages were very evident, we began the return process which was a nightmare, Home Depot avoids sending emails, because they do not want written evidence of the complaints, and they rejected my review of their products in their page three times, for that if they used an email. complaints are by phone numbers that no one answers or through a one-sided text that disappears after use. I had to go to the BBB to mediate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Home Depot products or services.

I must vent this!!! Last Saturday i visited it this home depot looking for a chest freezer, after 15 min a young nice guy was able to help me, i founded a chest freezer thanks to him, because they were all the way on the top of the shelf. I physically see the freezer in stock , it was on the shelf!!!! I proceed to complete my purchase , a chest freezer , frigidaire brand 7.0 cu ft. I paid in full and i actually paid for delivery for Thursday the 17 march i made this purchase

Bought a display refrigerator yesterday, we I formed them it would be picked up early. When to pick up fridge it wasn't ready, it was still on display. Shayley in customer service did help us, she found a man to wrap up the fridge and he was told to bring it out to our truck(that we rented by the hour). An hour later...we are still waiting Fridge was wrapped and left at customer service, he went on his break and didn't bring it out to where we were waiting. We had to go to customer service and wheel out the fridge ourselves. Disappointed with the customer service with the exception of Shayley Cost us extra money(truck rental) because no one did their job

So if you make a purchase online you cannot choose your own delivery date. They insisted on a delivery of 12 /3 despite the fact that I told him there would be no one home it it would be a waste of time. So of course Thursday comes and goes and no one is home as I told them and I'm calling to reschedule delivery. Of course it would be too simple to be able to do this online so they require that you call the store. As of now I've been on hold for about 19 minutes. It is absolutely astonishing that a huge company at Home Depot can provide such poor service. I mean how hard would it be to have functionality in your website to schedule a delivery? How hard would it be to get someone on the phone without spending half an hour on hold? Absolutely atrocious service

If could give this store a ZERO I WOULD!!!!! I was looking to buy patio door and have them insulated ASAP. NO ONE help me and when I asked everyone pass me on to someone that would say it's not there department all while texting on their phones. This went on for about 45 mins ....In a time where jobs are scare ( COVID 19 ) people should be happy to have a job. And EXCITED that a customer wants to pay full price just to have the job done ASAP. I sincerely hope your corporate offices reads this and do a surprise audit at this location... Ps: I'm on my way to Lowe's. This store doesn't deserve my money!!!!!!

Quite possibly the worst Home Depot. We made the mistaken of choosing Home Depot and the even bigger mistake of choosing this location to redo our kitchen cabinets with. Not only was part of our order forgotten to be placed, but upon delivery and installation many of our cabinets were damaged. After waiting almost two months for our cabinets, we now have to wait almost another month for our new cabinets and the way the managers have handled this has been atrocious. It went as so far as catching the manager, Richard, in blatant lies. Stay away from this Home Depot and take your money else where. Completely awful service and quality of product!

This Home Depot is well stocked and well maintained. It's probably the best in town! Store clerks are very kind, very knowledgeable, and they come out to help you even before you ask. Gabriel was very helpful and showed us to everything we were looking for!! He was a great young man. I was impressed! You probably already know that they have everything you need for home repairs, appliances, paint, patio furniture, plants, and more. Plenty of parking spaces!

I came here from Kendall to buy my new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater. Tara helped me over the phone and made sure that they had it in stock. I came in and she helped me find it on the floor. Great experience excellent customer service.

I purchased this item on Cyber monday and honestly wish I would have bought it with another vendor. I was sold a defective fridge which doesn't close properly. I have had 3 technicians come out and the problems persists (the doors fail to close and we are 15 days past its initial delivery). I am utterly disappointed with Home Depot's customer service and their inability to hire skilled, professional employees. I had a rather unpleasant experience that has left me shaken. I had two technicians come to my home and have never felt so concerned for my safety and disrespected in my own home. Home Depot contracts out their work for repairs (specifically XPO Logistics who chooses to hire employees who have no respect for women- referring to their clients as "mami" and decide to leave a job before its finished), then drafting fraudulent reports that they actually fixed the fridge. Repair men left my home after deeming fridge doors not shutting was a cosmetic issue not worthy of repair. I am extremely disappointed with this and wish that I never purchased this fridge. Currently, I have been on the phone for over 6 calls to get in contact with someone regarding my concerns of safety based on this interaction and yet I have been bounced around from agent to agent (I guess home depot doesn't care for the safety and care of their customers when it comes to allowing such individuals in their home). This is a main concern that they pawn off who is actually responsible for defective products- buyer beware Home Depot can state LG or even the delivery company that THEY HIRE can be responsible for your appliance being sold, delivered and installed as not working. This finger pointing game is exhausting, we sunk a sizeable amount into a large box sitting in our kitchen with zero assurance it will ever work, be addressed or fixed. You are not backed by Home Depot when you buy their products, beware as they bow out of culpability and claim only to be a middle man. Go to Lowe's or Best Buy.
