“I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Baer's in Naples and have experienced excellent service from purchase through delivery. I've purchased brands Tommy Bahama, Lexington, Best chairs and more. Baer's can be pricey compared to other furniture stores but if you comparison shop and purchase during their semi-annual sale the pricing is comparable. Even the Hickory Furniture mart cannot beat their pricing in many cases. I am in Naples FL and Indianapolis IN and have purchased from N-- and L-- furniture stores in Naples and have experienced problems during purchase, delivery and finally with poor quality in the case of L. L furniture even refused to honor our extended warranty and care service less than 1 year after the purchase I will never enter these stores again. I keep going back to Baer's and get the same great service every time. Please do your due diligence and read reviews on brands and styles before you finalize your purchase. The sales' people will sell you what you want and of course more $ spent for the company is better. Ask about upcoming promotions, waiver of delivery fees and special pricing for large purposes. comparison shop, even contacting Hickory Furniture mart to see if they can beat local pricing, many times price is 1/2 what it is at big name stores outside their sales' events.”
