It is a pitty to know that banks do not care about the customer and only go for the money. We wanted to obtain information about opening an account, the possibility of a credit and the service provided was really bad. The customer service was the worse service I have experience in any public place. The bank representative did explained the process to follow and offer a credit, and at the end no information was provided about the bank services and different accounts they had. Really bad customer service. I openned my account in a different bank.

A Heart for the Hearts of People! Alina has a Heart for the Hearts of People! Honestly I started crying yesterday with our last interaction!Months ago, I had to start coming inside for business needs more regularly. I'm not certain when my first interaction with Alina Diez was but I know she was warm and cheerful! You could hear the "smile" in her voice (as you know we are in the mask era)!The reason why this is something I enjoy being able to identify is because I received a degree in Hotel Management and spending over a decade working at the front desk of various 4 and 5 star resorts, I know what some of the best of the best establishments require for Guests traveling from all across the world!I know that some people can "fake it till they make it" and I've had a passion for learning to connect with the hearts of the guests I've had the pleasure of meeting!I genuinely love and have a love for connecting with people! So when I can identify that in other, it truly touches me on a Soul Level. Alina never stopped there though. I cannot even remember the time I started telling her about my sister that has an Autoimmune Illness...this is where my heart truly lies as my sister is my bestfriend. We've lost a brother years ago that had cerebral palsy...he was in a wheelchair his entire life and never walked nor talked...So as Alina just stayed patient in first asking and allowing me to share about my sister...she continued to ask about her! I mean, it's anytime I see her! I started sharing more in our interactions and I must admit...she truly makes me feel like this is the Location I have to come to, no matter where I am to have the chance to connect with her!As the ebs and flows...the ups and downs...the concerns for my nephews or my family, she always asks and she LISTENS! It's in her eyes, her genuine authentic nature! In this current world...these current heartbreaking times...she operates with a Pure, Genuine, Selfless Heart in business! She doesn't rush me if I pour out a few minutes longer...hospital visits and worries can often burden many of us...and she always asks Intentionally. She Listens Intentionally. People can often forget that the Heart of a Business, to impact the Finances of a Company, the Right People will impact the bottom line for the better! I read a book years ago as apart of a team building assignment "Raving Fans"...who can really say they have created that within their Organization?Alina Diez has created that within our business relationship! Thank you beautiful from the bottom of my heart! I pray this Company takes care of you...the Raving Fans you've created and that they Treasure The Asset You are to this Company! It breaks my heart to learn that some of the best People arent being valued within their Organization! Please take care of her!When someone treats you so well at a business...it's true that many of us love the interaction but forget to slow down to Honor Publicly in the form of Surveys or Positive Reviews. It's unfortunate and I should have done this sooner.God operates in perfect timing though. I pray the right people see this and Honor Alina Diez for the Positive, Life-changing impact she makes within the company. Blessings!

Mr. Olivos continues to amaze me. He makes sure his customers are well taken care of and mr. Olivos follows up. I missed his call yesterday and he made sure to follow up today to update me. He went above and beyond to solve my problem and provided me with an excellent experience.Thank you!!!

NOT PERSONALLY TO THIS LOCATION!To the call center. Disgusting customer care, nobody really wants to help you solve your issues, checks take minimum 2 weeks to clear, and don’t even waste your time trying to call to figure something out, you’re just going to get bounced around till that one person says “let me transfer you to the holds department” which is exactly that, hours on hold just to have someone grab and drop the call. They may have a really nice designed app with a bunch of features but their customer service is total a**

Made an appointment the day before to open an account. I got there 20 minutes early and there was little to no wait time. Sandro Olivos was super helpful and kind. 100% would recommend this branch.

No help here. The employees here are very good at excuses and avoiding helping patrons and business owners that bank at this branch. Forget about asking for a notary service, if they didn't dissuade you at the door with the 40 minute wait they'll find a reason not to help or make it so complicated that you want to leave.

Great experience! I came late to open a business bank account, they were almost closing and Anaisa was super kind, she helped me to open the account and explain me everything despite the late hour. For me the experience was great. 100% recommended

Wow so disorganized... No place to sign in, how do they know who's next? And how is it the staff are all speaking Spanish amongst each other for a location in the middle of Pinecrest, don't get me wrong I am Latin & speak fluent Spanish but this is a business not a community hall & you have English speaking customers in the branch. I'll stick to my very professional branch on US1 & SW 152 Street!
