I had been going with this branch for more than 15 years . The people are nice and accommodating until I had a bad experience with the manager Jackie, very rude , unprofessional and not helpful.She let me wait for long time standing by the door to go to my safe box while she was just sitting in the front desk talking to another bank personnel. Since nobody was attending, I informed one bank personnel .She finally came frowning with heavy steps, open the door without a single word .On my way out I asked her name ,she does not have a name plate , her name is Jackie .

I would give them zero if possible. Because of this branch, I am transferring my accounts out of BoA to a different bank altogether.

Terrible customer service. I just went to the branch to process my name change on all 3 of my credit cards, and they said that they were not able to process anything, that I had to call a number on a card. When I called the number they gave me, they said that they had to do it a the branch but luckily the lady o the phone was very helpful and did this for me. At the branch, they didn’t seem interested on helping at all and according to the lady on the phone they were able to do the changes for me.

The manger is a rude woman who laughed at me on the way out because I did not see my transaction was still pending so I could not withdraw money at the bank till it cleared. She could have just said no instead of laughing behind my back. Someone needs to fire the hole lot of those people.

went to get a 10 page document notarized and witnessed yesterday. The Service is absolutely phenomenal. The bank has 5 notaries ready to assist the customers. I was able to deposit funds as soon as I walked in (around 1:00pm on a Friday) and left within 20 minutes. Eric was the service manager and was extremely courteous.No line No wait...works for me.!!!

At the end of the day it’s all about Customer Service and the standard of care. Reputation is extremely important when customers are making decisions whether to bank, refi or simply open a business checking. Unfortunately you failed to show purpose and reason why I as a business owner of more than 32 years in our community should bank with you. There is no follow through or urgency to get things done. BANK of America lags in prioritizing the needs of their customer. There is no follow through or urgency to get things done. I was extremely disappointed with this branch(136st and us1)

Excellent and great banking service!!!This branch has the most helpful staff I have ever come across, everyone is friendly, efficient and very professional. The branch Manager, Ms Gladys Soto, is very knowledgable, friendly and delivers an excellent customer service, answers any questions and fully explains in details any concerns you have. Not once have I had any problems with my deposits or any other transactions, nor I have experienced waiting in very long lines to be taken care of. This level of service is what makes all the difference when it comes to choosing my banking needs. Is a pleasure doing business at this branch. I highly recommend Bank of America to all my family and friends.

I called to ask about opening a safe deposit box and the teller told me they have the size of the box I needed. I went there and wasted two hours and after that they told me the box Is unavailable. They are lazy and don't want to do their job.

They told me I could open an account, and for my 3 kids. They said they would call me later that day, to ask about my ID. Never got a call back and the banker had all my information. Then 2 months later I went another banker said I will help you. She opened my account, and then said she couldn't open my childrens account. Bad experience.

I went to the bank and they have only one teller. I told her that I do not have an account with them. I presented her two ids , voter registration and driver l and she asked for the fingerprint in the check, and after that she called another person to review the process and she told she cannot change the check because she cannot confirm my data in the system. Is this normal? This never happened to me in another bank.

I would rate this branch No Stars if I could. I am the treasurer of a community group that had a bank account at B of A. Because we did not maintain a minimum balance, B of A charge a $17 monthly maintenance fee. The maintenance fee was draining the account. I was trying to open an account at another bank but the paperwork to open a bank account today is ridiculous. I went to this branch on 6/27 to close the account. I withdraw the small amount remaining but B of A did not properly close the account. I kept getting statements showing the monthly fee and now the account was overdrawn. I had to go to the branch yesterday and finally get the account closed (a waste of my time). One $17 charge was waivers but a request had to be submitted to waive the other $34 of charges. Really? The branch manager does not have the authority to waive $34? I had a safe deposit box at this branch. Two years ago, I received a notice that my safe deposit would not be renewed and I had 30 days to remove my items. No reason given. B of A cancelled a credit card I had for years even though I have an exceptional FICO score. True, I had not used the card often. I rarely use a teller. But this branch has seven or eight teller stations. I have never, NEVER, seen more than two tellers working at any one time. Go to a bank that cares about your business.
