This location has terrible customer service. I've been an account holder for 30 years with platinum advantage and rather than help me resolve an issue they said they couldn't help me! So ridiculous. The manager needs skills in emotional intelligence.

Been coming to this Branch for years! And the customer service skills have really gone down. Just had an Issue with Supervisor Angelica and this is my second problem with Jeffrey. Please go to another BOA branch. This branch lacks customer service skills.

Over 45 minutes on the phone trying to update my cell number on my credit card and no luck. I was transferred 4 times and finally told I need to come in to location to update. Will be canceling this credit card. "Experiencing high wait times" is the message you will get if you try to get service through the phone.

I had a very good experience in this banking center. The manager, Gladys Soto was very pleasant and helpful with an issue that I had with an account. She was able to resolve my problem immediately. I do recommend this branch to my family and friends. The staff overall is very professional and courteous.

Don’t bother going to this bank to bank I would recommend to move on and bank some where else like chase bank Wells Fargo. Rude employees and bad service. Customers beware. The Teller name is Nora Porta don’t deal with her she is rude and need some education to learn how to deal with customers.

The Bank Manager, Gladys Soto, is very professional, friendly and delivers an excellent and complete banking service. She takes the time needed to answer any questions and to fully explain in details any concerns. Is a pleasure working with her. Her level of excellent quality customer service and efficiency is what makes all the difference when it comes to choosing our banking needs. Excellent and great banking service!!! This branch has the most helpful staff I have ever come across, everyone is friendly, efficient and very professional. The branch Manager, Ms Gladys Soto, is very knowledgable, friendly and delivers an excellent customer service, answers any questions and fully explains in details any concerns you have. Not once have I had any problems with my deposits or any other transactions, nor I have experienced waiting in very long lines to be taken care of. This level of service is what makes all the difference when it comes to choosing my banking needs. Is a pleasure doing business at this branch. Bathrooms are grosser than any other Bank of America I have been to. What a shame honestly. Plus the women’s bathroom doesn’t even work and there were no paper towels along with the toilet paper on the floor.
