This location has terrible customer service. I've been an account holder for 30 years with platinum advantage and rather than help me resolve an issue they said they couldn't help me! So ridiculous. The manager needs skills in emotional intelligence.

Been coming to this Branch for years! And the customer service skills have really gone down. Just had an Issue with Supervisor Angelica and this is my second problem with Jeffrey. Please go to another BOA branch. This branch lacks customer service skills.

Do not come to this bank , it takes so long every time !! Every time it’s funny because they look over staff too
