I was a great customer, bought multiple suits and clothes from Arlan regularly over the course of a few years. However, I would notice him trying to charge me for things that were either already paid for or have no reason to be charged for. I ordered around $2,000 in custom shirts from him, they came in extremely uncomfortable and too small. His tailor was unable to fix this so the only solution was to communicate with the factory to make them again. Instead of this, Arlan decided to go with a cheaper company and ordered seemingly random “custom” shirts. These shirts are not even the right color for what I initially ordered much less the details. He refused to fix it. I would try to help him out in every way I could for years but has permanently lost a customer.

Had several men's suits and sports coats taken in - both because of weight loss and style update. They did an excellent job, and the shop was a pleasure to be in. Elegant, with offer of beverages, place to sit, and beautiful high end men's clothing for sale. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience all around. Fully recommend...

I came across to this beautiful men's boutique store While enjoying my vacation in Miami. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the design collections they carry. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about his fabrics and designs. You can buy shirts everywhere but, the quality and the service is not something you get everywhere.
