Honestly I started crying yesterday with our last interaction!Months ago, I had to start coming inside for business needs more regularly. I'm not certain when my first interaction with Alina Diez was but I know she was warm and cheerful! I mean, it's anytime I see her! I started sharing more in our interactions and I must admit...she truly makes me feel like this is the Location I have to come to, no matter where I am to have the chance to connect with her!As the ebs and flows...the ups and downs...the concerns for my nephews or my family, she always asks and she LISTENS! It's in her eyes, her genuine authentic nature! In this current world...these current heartbreaking times...she operates with a Pure, Genuine, Selfless Heart in business! She doesn't rush me if I pour out a few minutes longer...hospital visits and worries can often burden many of us...and she always asks Intentionally. She Listens Intentionally. People can often forget that the Heart of a Business, to impact the Finances of a Company, the Right People will impact the bottom line for the better! I read a book years ago as apart of a team building assignment "Raving Fans"...who can really say they have created that within their Organization?Alina Diez has created that within our business relationship! Thank you beautiful from the bottom of my heart! I pray this Company takes care of you...the Raving Fans you've created and that they Treasure The Asset You are to this Company! It breaks my heart to learn that some of the best People arent being valued within their Organization! The branch Manager, Ms Gladys Soto, is very knowledgable, friendly and delivers an excellent customer service, answers any questions and fully explains in details any concerns you have. Not once have I had any problems with my deposits or any other transactions, nor I have experienced waiting in very long lines to be taken care of. “I visited the Pinecrest Branch of Citibank yesterday. I was helped by Jose-Daniel Hernandez, one of the bankers. He was able to help me with two balance transfers that I had been unable to accomplish on my own. He basically did a conference call with me to help me resolve my situation and within minutes everything was taken care of. He was very knowledgeable as well as caring and compassionate. I highly recommend Mr. Hernandez and the Pinecrest branch.”

“I come here every now and then whenever I am in the area and need to get cash, since I bank at Bank of America. I like the fact that their ATM now has a tinted privacy glass that allows you to be enclosed from cars passing by. It gives you a complete sense of privacy and seclusion. It's open on the sides so you can see if someone is approaching, but at least you don't have to worry that the car slowly driving out of the shopping plaza is trying to scope out your pin number while you're using the ATM! I imagine it'd also be useful if a windy downpour starts coming through, to keep you dry until the rain passes and you can go back to your car...”
