She /Ronda needs to be definitely recognized from & by her higher up mgt and awarded in some way she works very hard “The best” Thank you Ronda for all your outstanding work! Ronda was incredible! I don't often visit the post office, but she was so helpful and made sending everything off a breeze. It was the best experience I've ever had at a post office! Additionally, the building itself has so much character; it truly feels like visiting someone's warm and welcoming home.

Very lovely post office. The lady, Ronda was super helpful and was able to help me fill out the form for international postage. It was very busy with the traffic but she was able to work very efficiently despite being the only one working there. I really recommend this post office.

After a few years of having a po box at this location I can say that the gal Rhonda that works here is Superb! She has gone above and beyond for me in multiple mail issues that arose and helped figure them out with professional upbeat attitude, she has never made me feel like just a waste of time. She works so hard and keeps the place clean!!!! You can always tell when she is off work bc the guy that works as a back up is rude, hates his job and let's trash pile up.

First timer to apply a passport didn’t disappoint Us me and hubby walk, lady in charge got us right away. We even had a slight problem with documents we brought,good thing lady catches it before going into much problem so she help us straight them out.Received my passports after few weeks I am happy.

This is so not okay I know they are short handed but come on this was a gift. How would this even break this bad. Broke so bad the bottom fell out on to table. When we found it sitting up.

The woman that works in this place is awesome. The guy that I had experienced today needs a new attitude and for some reason, me I needed to purchase something that wasn't necessary just to ship a box. "You need to pay to play" he says. If he doesn't enjoy his job, he shouldn't be there. Take more training classes from his co-worker perhaps.

Very pleasant clerk! Helpful! Small post office! While she was helping me the phone rang, she excused herself to answer phone and I had to wait 15 minutes till she returned to me! She was helpful!

I don't know who the guy is that works there, but I know one thing he needs to change his attitude. Due to HIM sending bills back to places because they didn't put POB on address it caused undue collections as the bill wasn't received for three months then finally on fourth month he let's it go through with # of POB and RTS written on envelope!! The lady there is however very nice to deal with, maybe the guy should get some sweetness from her!!
