“Very lovely post office. The lady, Ronda was super helpful and was able to help me fill out the form for international postage. It was very busy with the traffic but she was able to work very efficiently despite being the only one working there. I really recommend this post office.”

“Very good UPS store. Use mostly for returns. Staff are efficient, never any problem. The only down side is that my wifi never works in store. This is common at this location so the store has a wifi password you log into to use their wifi.”

“I received adequate in- person service at this location. When I try to reach anyone at the store with an issue though, I keep getting run around. I have called three times and spoken to people assuring I would be contacted back with no follow up. I paid over $300 for pack and ship on three items on Monday 2-5-2024. One item arrived on 2-8-24 not packed despite my paying for the service and supplies, and was completely destroyed. The other two items show labels were made but they have not shipped? I have missed two calls and will adjust/update as needed.I was able to speak to a manager! They assured me my other two packages would ship shortly, they had been very busy with packing for the last two weeks. As far as a claim for the services paid and not provided, I am to visit a website to apply for compensation. Final edit: My last two packages arrived on the 19th VERY securely packed and protected. I am overjoyed that these two made it. So much so I would forgo the claims process for the smashed Romertopf!”
