“dropping off packages for Christmas and Tina was working with one other gentleman. He was helping someone send out at least 75 small packages and was busy. The whole office was packed and Tina was going through the line super quickly while being super sweet to everyone and helping her partner with his customer. When helping me she went out of her way to recommend a different boxing and shipping method and just made everyone's day easier. Bless you Tina.”

“This is for you Andrew.Somehow in the mix, usps sent my package to the homossassa post office instead of Ocala… where I live… correct address listed on package too. An expensive package at that. It was about to be delivered out to nowhere unless I drove to get it before a truck picked it up or sent it back to my seller. So I drove 1 hour to get my package to avoid waiting any longer due to influx with the holidays. Thanks for helping me Andrew!”
“We’re looking for a place to renew my husband passport, the place that close to our place had a problem and can’t process the application till later in afternoon.We’re driving by just to kill the time and I saw the sign passport so hurriedly we went inside, it didn’t take us long to be there not even a minute the lady took us right away telling us what to do with application and stuff. Husband passport arrived in two months plus week period so if you ever thinking going somewhere and need your passport better apply or renew early.”
“We have only great things to say about the Dunnellon Post Office. We get excellent service every time that we need to go to the actual post office. The lines move very quickly, and the workers at the counter are always very nice. Our mail carrier, Joe, is A+. We're so happy with the service that he provides for us. Anna, the supervisor, went out of her way today to make sure that the sub carrier was given directions to our place when a package needed to be brought to our house because it was too large for our mail box. I found that when I was very cordial to them, they responded by being very cordial to me.”

“Very lovely post office. The lady, Ronda was super helpful and was able to help me fill out the form for international postage. It was very busy with the traffic but she was able to work very efficiently despite being the only one working there. I really recommend this post office.”
