“I was dealing with the cricket on west colonial dr at Good homes in the Publix shopping center. The woman in that store was so rude disrespectful and prejudice! I left out mad ready to leave cricket and never to go back after being with them for 8 years! Then I called the store on Hiawasse and spoke with one of the most pleasant young ladies I have ever met in a cricket store. So I decided to go over to the store and was greeted by Naida and Amanda! Oh my goodness they were so helpful and pleasant and they knew their business! When I tell you they saved and secured a customer when they finished with me I had upgraded both phones and left with a big smile on my face! I hope cricket realizes what they have in these two girls. Their customer service was awesome! I look forward to continuing to go to this location such a blessing they were! “Dropped off my husband's samsung with a broken screen. The gentleman running the store are very helpful and professional. If you have an iPhone it seemed the phones could be fixed same day. My husband having a samsung did have to wait on screens to be delivered the following Tuesday after dropping it off on a Wednesday. So if you have a samsung just be aware that you may have to wait on their delivery day for a screen. I highly recommend these guys. They did a wonderful job and cheaper than the other places for phone repair I had contacted to get quotes. Will be using then again for all phone repairs! Thanks again guys!”

“I have to say this was the best customer care I have ever experienced! Sean at boost mobile and his wife that run this store, greatly care for their clients! The screen on my iPhone stopped working after I got it replaced and Sean went the extra mile to try to fix it. I was worried about being without a phone being that I use it for work, he gave me a phone to use in the meantime! I highly recommend everyone to go to this store! They truly care and deserve all the business. Wish you guys nothing but the best and thank you for making it possible for me to have a phone without spending a bunch of money!”
