Groom A Rama really outdid themselves with this haircut! Prince has been a loyal customer since he was a puppy, and we LOVED Charlie RIP. Our entire family trusts Groom A Rama for our dogs' grooming needs. The only downside is that they are always fully booked, making it difficult for me to schedule regular appointments for Prince's haircut.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and nonjudgmental I took my fur baby in extremely matted and they were amazing needless to say we will be back

This place has really gone downhill since the original owner Charlie passed. The new owner Samantha is VERY rude. The way she speaks to her customers is a disgrace! If she can handle her customer with that mean and nasty attitude which says A LOT about her character! I can only imagine what she does to the poor animals that are left in her care. Customer service is everything in business and when you as the owner lack that your business will fail. I hope that she gets a reality check and get her attitude together! 0/10 I do not recommend!UPDATE: the fact that your response back was about $10 shows that you missed the entire point of the post. The fact of the matter is how you treat people that patronize your business! You say “we’re not going to run you to an early grave” but the way you talk to people may very well be the reason you end up there! So I would watch the tone in which you speak to your customers now you be blessed ma’am.

I have 2 dogs a Shih Tzu Poodle mix that Samantha and her employees have been grooming for about 10 yrs. I also have a chihuahua Pomeranian that she has been grooming for a couple of years. I would not take them to anyone else. I highly recommend this business.

I have been bringing my dog to this place for about 20 years from 2 owners pryer before they died and passed the place on to the new owner rip mine you I luv the new owner . My babies look good but attitude is everything. And the girl at the desk in there has the worst attitude every. I cringe to even bring my babies in anymore just because of her. Maybe go over attitude with clients and being argumentative. It doesn’t look good on your busness at all.

This was where I took my baby Maltese GOONY for the last 3yrs. I loved the way they took care of her and you can tell that the products that they use are good because it always left my baby hair flawless n made her smell so good that it will last her 2 weeks til her next bath. My baby passed away at the age of 15yrs old a few months ago ,but once I'm ready again for another one is a most that I get her groom here

I had a horrible experience with this groomer. First visit, my baby was nipped on both of his ears. Bought it up with the owner Samantha and she was very unprofessional in her demeanor. Telling me I can take my dog somewhere else. I would never recommend any dog parent to take their baby there. Things happen while grooming. Nobody's perfect! Samantha needs customer service skills. Very dissatisfied, not only with the grooming experience, but also the rude attitude of Samantha. If your not satisfied, keep it to yourself.

you put the aromatherapy oil to try and you told me to get one to try. but when you say pay for it i still pay you . i left 7 hours ?????i don't mind need to pay extra for any extra service but the way you guys talk to customers is terrible.

I love this place because of their professionalism and because I feel safe to leave my dog there. They have taken care of my german shepherd mix around 4 times and I'm pleased with their service every time.
