“Master Car is a hidden gem amongst vehicle mechanic repair services in Orlando. This location sits directly across from the Central Florida Fairgrounds. I was blessed to find this business as I searched for a mechanic to look at my 2015 BMW 320I. The convivence to my place of employment made it a great choice, just was hoping the service would be a pleasant experience, it 100% was. The owner of Master Car should know he is in great hands with his chosen staff and Thiago at the helm. Upon your visit, you will be welcomed and treated as a valued customer, rarely happens anymore. You will find Thiago tentative to your concerns, and his team of mechanics pleasant as they speak with you as they pass by. Now lets get to quotes, this was where they stand out. Hit with the potential of having my cost for repair to sky rocket into the several thousands range, based on another quote from an import mechanic shop, I truly wasn't in a position to pay the cost quoted, labor being off the charts. Receiving my quote from Thiago was God sent! his quote for labor was welcomed and fair, his communication and updated video and photographs throughout the repairs were so appreciated, truly knew I was getting repairs done as quoted. I never knew of this business or met Thiago, he will always be a valued friend from this experience on, and I will always recommend this place of business as a preferred place for mechanical services.”

“I recently had an exceptional experience with RepairTech Automotive in Orlando. After having just replaced my entire brake system, I was stranded and frustrated to find myself facing more issues while on vacation. Most other shops in the area were quick to suggest costly replacements, including new rotors, calipers, brake lines, and pads—despite the fact that most of these parts were recently installed.

“Took my daughters car since she had an error light when I came for UCF parents weekend since they came highly recommended. They did a diagnostic on the car out and nothing at all major. They even fixed an issue that a prior mechanic did not do correctly. They could have charged me anything but charged me nothing! They have a customer for at least the next four years while my daughter attends college and also if I am ever in the area. I love when I deal with honest people that know how to satisfy customers!”

“Lewis took the time to work through the issue of my car stereo not working. It was a many step process as potential problems were eliminated. He finally found the problem after working on a similar car to mine and used that knowledge to fix my car. He is very entertaining with his stories and jokes as he works. What was truly impressive to me, is that he can take the interior of a car apart with minimal tools and not breaking any parts. Coming here saved me a lot of money vs. going to the dealer for the repair. You would be well served to give Lewis a try.”

“Took my daughters suv to have a flat tire checked out. Mona Lisa got one of the mechanics to check it out. 2 of them checked the tire for about 15 minutes finding nothing wrong. They put the tire back on and put the spare away. I asked her how much and she said nothing, WOW. Living in Miami and my daughters in Orlando I have to come up every time somethings wrong with their cars. Last time had a bad experience with another shop so I came here. The service and professionalism was awesome. I told Monalisa that they just got a new customer. I told my girls that whenever they need anything to go see her. Thank you so much. I feel at ease knowing you’ll look after them. ??”
“Took my car after reading reviews and taking my car to the dealership who wanted to charge me twice the cost of repairs. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. I feel like I’ve found my garage. Thanks for your professional service.”
