Walmart is doing better with customer service, I usually order my stuff online, so I don't go inside the store. They bring it out to me, making it easy. App is very user-friendly.

I will say for Walmart this was a very clean and organized store employees were very helpful their Garden Center is garbage don't expect much which in my opinion is stupid because there's nowhere else to buy plants and Garden related stuff Walmart step your game up when it comes to the garden center at this facility

I was in the garden center and a nice gentleman named Ralph approached me, I was only there to buy insect repellent. Anyway, he was very informative about what flowers repelled mosquitos. I bought 2 plants. I will always remember his professional and kind interaction with me.

Customer service almost non existent. Many staff members unwilling to assist customers. Gone are the days when they would help you find items in the store. Now they point and direct.
