The first red flag was how rude the guy was when I called, once I get there he told me to go wait in an office but didnt call nobody to assist me. I was there for an oil change, in about 10-12 minutes I was good to go. As I was driving back I got sceptical, once I got home I pop the hood then notice they broke the dip stick, they charge me for 7qts but the oil level is at add. I'm not sure if they changed the oil filter, I put zip ties on the front engine splash shiled and they are still there.

Wouldn't go anywhere else in the state. Bought 5 trucks over the years. Brett and Tim and the rest of the team have always gone above and beyond for my family. Good, honest, trustworthy people. Appreciate every team member.

My 2020 F150 is making a weird noise at highway speeds. It doesn’t start right away and may take several mile for it to start and then it continues. I took it in and the service manager said they could hook sensors up to it to find the problem. Instead all the guy did was drive it go 5 miles and said he felt it in his a$$. Then proceeded to tell me they removed the tires and rebalanced them all do 50$. When I tried to explain it wasn’t a balance issue and reason with the guy that he needed to drive it to hear the issue he said all he could do was required to drive was 5 miles. He then said how he was hard on it to try and find it. He just was too arrogant to listen to me and work at finding the issue. I left drive 13 miles and the noise started again. I expected more from a dealership in understanding and service and am very unsatisfied with the service and personalities at Timberland Ford. I wish I could give them a 0 instead of a 1Added from a previous review as it fits exactly what I experienced:“People standing doing nothing.Personalities were crude and annoyingEither under staffed service or the just didn't care.”BOO to Timberland Ford Service as they sure don’t seem to care about people or customer service!

Bought a new vehicle right after Idalia. Most accommodating and professional dealership I could find within an hour drive from home. ETA another reviewer mentioned seeking a unicorn vehicle. Yes they have a magic touch.

I took my 2009 F-150 Lariat to Tallahassee Ford for repair a few weeks ago. Besides attempting to charge me $530 to change the spark plugs, they wanted to charge $85.00 for a cabin air filter (the 2009 Lariat does not have a cabin air filter). The total estimate for all the work needed (ABS, broken door handle, etc.) was over $4600.00. Rather than have a fork stuck in me, I contacted Timberland Ford and drove from Tallahassee to Perry. I met with Brett the owner, and Tim the service manager. In two days, the F-150 was repaired at a cost that was less than $2800.00 (including a drive belt installed at no charge). Timberland Ford is one of these rare businesses that allows you to talk directly with the owner regarding any work you need done. If you have a question, you get a straight answer. The dealership is first rate. Forget having a Ford repaired in Tallahassee. It is more than worth the time to drive to Perry and get repairs done the correct way at a more than fair price.

Great experience buying my Ford Ranger! Dakota was great!! Everything up front, no pressure!! I recommend seeing Dakota if buying a new car or truck!! No hidden costs or pressure to “upgrade “. Thanks guys!!

Courtney is a great sales person that listens to the customer and approach is customer service more than just sale pushing. The entire buying experience is the best ever, managers, finance, service attention- it all wowed me. Used or new, I'd recommend this dealer to family and friends without hesitation.

These 5 star reviews are bogus. My experience with the service department was terrible. Could not fix my vehicle, no communication, what little there was consisted of excuses and apathy for my situation. Just bad all the way around. Avoid at all costs.

Not only did Brett help find my “unicorn” of a vehicle, but once I got there his team really took care of me. Patient tours of all of the tech, setting up my Ford app, and making the paperwork go as smoothly as possible. I appreciate the whole crew. We will definitely be reaching back out for any upgrades we do!
