Bought a RDS 70 gallon fuel transfer tank for my construction company and was very satisfied so I bought another one from Amazon. This one came in with the drain leaking and it was discovered that the drain plug threads along with the tank threads were messed up. Contacted Amazon who told me to contact the manufacturer who holds the warranty. Contacted RDS and the gentleman was nasty. Said that Amazon doesn’t buy it directly from them and that he will not do any warranty work on it. I told him wrong, the company has a warranty obligation that needs to be taken care of. The tank was bought less than 30 days ago and this is the first time with diesel in it. The guy refused to talk to me about it. Do not buy from these guys!! My lawyer will be in contact!!

Purchased from Amazon. First time ever they disappointed me- they won’t even post my review so here I am posting it. Paid over $730 for a hunk of junk to show up. Was delivered by a third-party shipping company that just appeared at my door dropped tank was attached to a pallet wrapped in nothing but thin plastic wrap. The tank itself looks beyond scratched used and abused. My first contact was to Amazon who told me they would contact the manufacturer— Amazon has yet to do anything more going on over 2 weeks. I’ve contacted the manufacturers numerous occasions only to be ignored. Absolutely will never purchase anything from this company again. This is beyond the most ridiculous Company I have ever dealt with knowing that they took $730 from me for nothing more than a box of junk!

Excellent customer service!After 4 years of use and abuse, the decal on my 95gal tank was looking pretty rough so at 5am this morning I reached out in an email requesting information on how to obtain another one.Within 2 hours they'd called and emailed me back to say a new decal was on its way to me, free of charge. Oh and aside from regular polishing I've done nothing to my model #70388 tank and it's still in great shape. Would certainly buy again.

Excellent customer service. I needed a tank for my 1994 center console and they adjusted their production specs specifically to fit my boat. The boat would have been a loss if it weren't for RDS. Nobody else we reached out to was able to make a tank with the same volume as the original, RDS really pulled through and saved us from settling for a smaller than OEM tank.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a tank from an online supplier. First one was damaged beyond hope. The first supplier would not ship another tank as they decided to no longer sell the tanks from them due to poor packaging and many damage claims. The second tank from another supplier was cosmetically damaged but I was stuck and was leaving for my trip soon so I had no time to order a third. These things are shipped in a plain cardboard box with no inserts to protect the tank. I happened to be travelling through Perry Fla so I figured I would stop in to see if they could help me. The sales manager told me that he would work something out but a short time later, just kept telling me its not their fault as they ship them to resellers on pallets and then the resellers ship them. I.m sure that's the case but I can't imagine how a tank can be received by an end customer with no damage as it is so poorly packaged. Well, enough for here, I'm off to share my experience on the RV and truck Forums. Its a shame, such a great chance to delight a customer but a complete fail
