My experience at the new Marathon gas station has been consistently frustrating. The most immediate issue is the counter help. Every time I go inside, the staff is on the phone speaking in their native language (Indian) and often seem bothered by having to pause their conversation to ring me up. It feels like I’m interrupting them, which isn’t the experience you’d expect when you’re just trying to make a purchase.
Another ongoing issue is the lack of receipt paper at the pumps. My job requires me to get a receipt for every gas purchase, and almost every time I fill up here, the receipt tape is out. This forces me to go inside, which is particularly annoying when I’m in a rush. Having to wait in line just to get a gas receipt defeats the purpose of paying at the pump, and it’s incredibly inconvenient.
This problem has persisted for years, which makes it clear that customer service isn’t a priority here. The lack of attention to such a simple but important detail is frustrating. Because of this, I avoid buying anything else from this station, especially considering their prices are already higher than other nearby options.
In short, this Marathon station doesn’t show much care for its customers. The combination of indifferent service, lack of attention to basic needs like receipt paper, and high prices makes it a place I can’t recommend.

Needs to be ran out of Perry, Fl. Reason being price gouging after the hurricane. Felt his business was being hurt it if they were giving gas to state employees on his property.

Receipt tape is always out when I get gas. Forced me to have to go inside to get a receipt. My work requires me to get a receipt for gas purchases. Waiting in line to get just the gas receipt is really annoying. It's been like this for a few years. I intentionally won't buy anything here because of that (and their prices are ridiculous!) This place just doesn't show a level of care for their customers from my experience.

Local, I gave this store a legit chance, well over a year. Unless you're ready to spend the next 5 minutes or longer in line waiting on a store associate to cash you out pass on this store. If you're looking for the slowest diesel pumps, check this place out. If you want to be talked about behind your back go here and have a minor misunderstanding. Guaranteed the second you walk out you're being talked about. I've seen or rather heard first hand. Best bet for locals busy bee, and passing through folk the shell at 30 and 19.. or any station that isn't this one.. or pepper heard js

Stay away from this station. I was on vacation back in August 2018. Paid $10.00 cash for gas only to get ripped off. Gas machine was rigged. Manager was very rude! No refund. Stay away!!

This place is a complete and total joke I asked to get cash back on my card a couple times in one day the next day I come in and ask for cash back on my card they ask for my ID that that I gave them yesterday and accuse me of not being the owner of my bank account lied to me and told me they called my bank on a (Sunday) and my bank said that it wasn't my account I went right to my house got all my bank statements social security cards IDs came back put it on the counter in front of them and then they still refused Service as I was walking out the cashier told me I was a f****** joke because I was upset and I wanted to speak to their owner mind you why this experience is taking place there is customers behind me watching why he pretty much accused me of stealing my own money took my card form me and held behind the counter as if I was worried then went over and got receipt from yesterday's transactions and proceeded to try to explain to me how seats and Banks work as if I didn't know already this was complete discrimination because I have tattoos all over my body he assumed I was a criminal and even when I got the proper ID they didn't want to serve me because they got proof phone not professional not to mention he cussed at me as I walked out the door no wonder he rides a bicycle to work everyday

dirty dirty ceiling in Ladies bathroom has fallen and what is left has black mold on it there is water dripping from ceiling and exposed electrical wires on April 15.
