Forgot a bag in the self check out area, called to ask if I could get it tomorrow morning because I had already made it home and it was almost 9pm. One of the store managers named Cynthia said only if I had the receipt because she wouldn’t be there, when I informed her the machine didn’t print the receipt she proceeded to tell me “well everyone that’s used it after you has gotten one” as if I was lying about not getting a receipt. She had an attitude from the time she picked up the phone until she hung it up after I told her she shouldn’t be a store manager. I just feel if you’re going to be in customer service you should have customer service skills.

They have power on and everythingIt was after eight o'clockThey refused to answer the door or open the buildingNor did they put out a sign indicating they are not open.
