Employees don't tell you everything. There's a catch. Always an angle. Better than straight talk but not by much. People tell you anything to get you to buy a phone then your in a contract that's not refundable except the phone itself. T mobile starting to look good next door now. Might stop by there today. Ooo

The customer service was great and so was the attention to detail however the phone that I got upgraded to is not a great phone it is horrible and I can't stand it but I don't want to keep on spending money on phones!

I have been a cricket customer for nearly 22 yrs. Thats right! Since the days of the nokia 5100 and the late 1990's? Thru the years one sometimes must go to a cricket authorized dealer or Cricket store. I just wanted to say that my recent experience at this particular Cricket store this past Sunday, could not have been more pleasant or helpful!?? A young lady Who manages this store was friendly and able to great me and was the most informed and on top of their game employee, I have encountered in my 22 yrs as a customer.I had a technical problem she was able to alleviate promptly and was very informative of my options, all while not pushing any unnecessary options. I highly recommend this store if you are looking to establish a phone service with cricket, or Need technical help. My hope is a regional director or next up in the chain of command makes note of this review and can be assured they have certainly the best management material in Teslia? ? thank you kindly!???

well I will start out by saying this doesnt follow the old adage of "the customer is always right". I added a line to my existing plan and the phone we purchased for the new plan started having issues during the setup n activation. now 3 wks later the phone is froze on the lg screen,will not charge ,and I go back to the store to exchange it and they tell me it's been over 7 days so I will probably have to wIt 2 wks b4 my phone will be fixed. the customer care for both cricket n LG told me this. I explained that I had job apps n interviews scheduled for this number,and that it would create a hardship on me to be without my phone for any length of time . and they don't come back and suggest that they would even exchange or give me a store credit.

Not sure how this store has the reviews as high as they are unless they're all friends of employees because my experience was far different, they essentially robbed me without a gun. I went to this store looking to buy a wireless Hotspot because my straight talk data service is painfully slow but thats another story all together, I ended up buying a phone because it was about the same cost as the Hotspot. I asked several times about data speed caps because I had read online cricket is capped at 8mbps but all these posts were from last year, I was assured there was no speed caps unless you went over the data allotment for the plan which was fine. I was very specific in my needs and expectations, I tried to speed test a demo model to find out none of the displays have sim cards. The sales rep goes on to show me a screenshot of their data speeds at 60mbps which was a complete lie, so I buy the phone port my number and test the mobile data before I left the store it's less than 3mbps. The rep tells me it's because I'm in the back of the store, so I go outside and run the test 6 more times averaging 6mbps nowhere near the 60 she showed in the screenshot. I immediately return the phone and I'm told I'm only going to be refunded 99 of the 212 the transaction because the case, plan, and activation fee they didn't tell me about was non refundable even though I was mislead on questions I asked several times and was very specific about. So I ended up paying them 113 dollars so they could waste almost 2 hours of my time. I'll be calling corporate, I want my damn money back from these thieves
