My organization had an account with another credit union that merged with this one. I’m sure they mean well, but their systems are a mess. It’s taken hours to reset the debit cards they sent out when they overhauled their systems. We’ve been pinged back and forth from a call center to the bank and back again over and over. This is just one of multiple very frustrating issues with them. Would not recommend banking here.

Very disappointed in the way Blue Coast handled this App and Card update. Why would they shut down the app that was working. For an App that is still not running correctly. I’ve been without bill pay since the 30th. All they could do is say they don’t know how long it will take to get all the services up. I had to spend the day calling the company’s to pay my bills. Forget calling them, guess it’s easier not to answer the phone so they don’t have to explain something they have no idea when it will be fixed. Made me feel like I need to find a new bank.

Debt card switched off, no replacement received, no one is answering the phone at 3:55pm. Tellers are rude and basic, no people skills and knowledge. Small town attitudes and unprofessionalism seems to be the new order of the day. I'm not pleased with the poor communication with your customers about this merger. I'm probably going to move to a better credit union that wants my money.

Couldn't get any help from a live person
