After having an issue on our way to Perry koa we looked for recommendations for a Body Shop and Bennett’s was recommended and we couldn’t be happier. Along with Bennett’s Glass replacing the complete rear window we are very happy. It’s a good feeling to be taken care of when you are one thousand miles from home. Thank you so much!

I received an estimate for the replacement of my passenger exterior mirror for my 2018 Honda Pilot. When they had given me the estimate I went ahead and paid for the repairs and parts per the estimate and waited for a call to tell me the parts had arrived and to bring my vehicle to be repaired. I took my car on a Tuesday by Friday a simple couple hour job had still not been completed. Either the part had not arrived or when it did it was not the correct one. On Friday they called to tell me the wrong mirror had arrived again and that the one that came in had a camera in it and my original did not have a camera. I corrected her because my mirror did have a camera that was in sync with my navigation system. Shocked the lady said oh ok and put me on hold. She came back a few minutes later and said" you are right it hooks up perfectly". Except now we are going to charge you $200 more for this mirror, even though it was our mistake to begin with and we misquoted you on the estimate. I explained I would not be paying the extra $200 it was their mistake and I had been without my vehicle for 4 days already and I paid what was quoted to me and given in a written quote. The price increases from $768 to $968. They would not keep the agreement of their written estimate. So I informed them I wanted a refund and would be coming to get my vehicle to which they came back with " that's fine but we are gonna charge you for labor to put it back together. So I ended up not getting what I paid for and charged $50 more bucks to have my car put back together so I could pick it up. I was warned before about the business practices of this establishment but thought there was no way they could rip me off. They gave me and estimate,I paid for it and their mistakes later changed the price. A decent human and business owner would have said " we made the mistake but we will make it right at no extra cost to the customer. Unfortunately a decent human and honest business owner was not what I found at this establishment. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I am thrilled with the repairs done to my vehicle by Bennett's.The staff was super friendly, not at all annoyed by my calls to check on progress. They went above and beyond to clean broken glass from my vehicle AND my belongings.So happy with the service and the staff, THANK YOU!Services: Painting

Alot has changed, but I still love this place there's alot of potential in this place. Linda,Heather,Dee, and everybody else who contributed to making this business successful. When I worked there I loved washing cars but most importantly I loved washing miss Dee truck it was just something special to me. But through it all y'all are awesome. Go get that number one spot for best auto body shop in town. Thank you.
