horrendous!!!! returned vehicle in exact condition it was received in - staff member stated all is good, no issues whatsoeever, i asked him if i get any paperwork and he said receipt will be emailed - upon receipt of email over an hour later i am being charged $150 for damage to the vehicle (they claim there is a dent in rear right panel) no dents or damage was in existence when the vehicle was turned in (staff member confirmed as such) also being charged for 4 gallons ($18) of gasoline??!! vehicle was driven 49 miles, i purchased $10 worth of gas less than 1 mile from uhaul (3.5+ gallons) - how possible that the vehcilce was in need of 4 gallons of gas in 49 miles + replacement fuel!!?? - this is clearly an attempt to rip me off by this location!!!! they also refused to do anything about the charges and the manager has failed to contact me even though i requested this contact - i once previously rented from this location 10+ years ago and they attempted the same type of scam - they are attempting to fraudulently charge an additonal $170 for a rental that should have been $50!!

Place tries to scam you. Paid for adapter for a hitch for my bike rack. They put the hitch on with no adapter, no refund, and did not tell me this until I noticed once I was trying to put my rack on stating they knew I didn’t need it. Had to go back for them to install adapter needed for my bike rack and had them install the rack. Bike rack put on super loose.

Took over an hour to return vehicle and to get a print out of return the employees are ignorant and not willing to help customers had to come here to drop because other U-Haul did not even open during normal hours go to enterprise or Penske these people are horrible yelling at customers for there mistakes

Very bad attention from a lady, she verbally attacked us, she yelled at us in front of other people, look at the cameras. I feel sorry for U Haul for having people without any professionalism to serve the publicLast time I go to that place.

@3d_grillfoodtruck_ we went to fill our propane tank and the people there didn’t not help us with anything and they made us wait 45 minutes for no response I do not recommend this place to anyone all of my clients were left waiting and we couldn’t make their food because they left us without filling our tank

Had a 5 pm reservation for a 20’ truck. Got there and Javier was taking care of me. He did everything he could to get me taken care of along with his coworker Aiden. They were both superb in my professional opinion as a general manager in the service industry. The one star rating stems from the lack of leadership in the building as there was no manager or supervisor on site at the time and the porter named Richard aka “Rocky” was refusing to retrieve the truck that I was there to pick up because it was in the yard next door. As a guest or customer I shouldn’t have to hear that “Rocky” doesn’t want to go get the truck from another employee. Javier and Aiden were doing everything possible to take care of everyone in the store but we’re getting no support from the one person they needed it from, that person being “Rocky”. If he was busy or overwhelmed then his response should’ve been “ Give me a moment so I can take care of this and then I’ll go get the truck”. That would be more acceptable. I finally went outside to find this “Rocky” and ask him why he doesn’t want to go get the truck. I was met with attitude and hostility so I responded in kind and told him to go do his job and get my truck since clearly there was no one there to give him any direction. His response was to call the cops on me. I convinced someone to call a manager and they called Karolina the GM. I explained everything to her while all the other guests waiting in line were listening and nodding in agreement and she immediately came back to the site and within 3 minutes got me my truck. I waited for the cops and after explaining everything the officer told me I was good to go so I apologized to him for having his time and our tax dollars wasted on this and I left. Terrible experience. The only positive note was Javier and Aiden trying their best to take care of everyone there. This whole ordeal took over an hour and a half. Lastly to “Rocky” do yourself a favor and find another nickname cause you are neither a great boxer nor one of the 3 Ninjas.

This is the worst u-haul I ever went toThen people who worked in the office is so rude. I was waiting two hours For a bottle of propaint then I have to leave because no one comes I will never rent back any things from this u- haul or buy back any here again. The spanish lady need to get fired

I did a reservation to install a Hitch . I dropped off the car at 9a after not hear nothing about it, I call at 4p and they told me they are working on it. Again nobody call so at 6p I went by the location just to find they haven’t even started working on it. I asked for an ETA, and they couldn’t give me one. And the answer I get is “it is what it is” really??!!Very unprofessional .

My experience here has always been top-notch. From buying boxes (I buy a lot for construction), to renting vans and small to mid-sized box trucks, it's always been a pleasure. Typically in and out in a reasonable amount of time.I will say, the experience with this store is vastly different from the majority of the other Uhaul employees in Miami. Especially their central dispatch. They're rude and unaccommodating, especially if you need to extend your rental during a busy time period, like on a weekend. I once tried extending, the dispatch flat out said no. My wife called and got an operator in Spanish who then pleaded her case to dispatch and got the extension worked out. But I hate feeling like I have to suq someone off to get them to do what they should be doing already...
