They need to train their employees about rebates, because when ask Mrs Sonia had no clue and gave us the wrong information. We lost our $50 rebate because of her.

The customer service here was awful, I came for some battery maintenance and they were so unprepared and gave me an unorganized box of scrap tools with trash in it and told me to find the tools and bring the battery inside. Also told me they didn't have the battery I needed to replace but manically 10 minutes later the battery popped up.

Been shopping napa for years and years. Never had such a bad time exchanging an item . You wanna get treated like your garbage with an attitude. Please contact Sonia at this location. Sad. You wanna end your day with a good note. Avoid her don't stop shopping there. Alot better than other places.

The water pump to my father's van broke and he needed to get a new one. For years he has always purchased items from here. For this Parr though, he lost his receipt so we went anyways to see if they had his last purchase on file specially since they always offer great warranties to major car parts and he can possibly save a great deal of money. We went close to aftwrnoon time and we didn't have to wait long to be attended. Luckily the employee that helped us was patient and polite and was able to find my father's last purchase and it was still under warranty for only a couple more months thankfully! My father purchased some additional items he needed and he walked away with a new part saving over $200 on a new one. The entire process was smooth and simple. Store was clean, well stocked quality items and some good sales. I even saw advertisements of an upcoming job hiring event that they are hosting which will provide more jobs to those that are in need and interested. I highly recommend this place, again and again!

When I first got to Napa there was one man attending another customer. I waited for a little while. I will say he never greeted me or told me that he'll be right with me. But that's okay during these busy times. Finally a young man came out to help me and my bill was coming at 200 and change. He ended up helping me will the 20% off coupon if I purchased one of their bags for $1. Being a single mother that helped me out a lot. He was very helpful even offered to carry the stuff to my car. I believe his name was Giancarlos an Italian name.... he was quick he explained everything to me I answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. This is not the first or last time I will be coming back to Napa or this location. Thank you guys for always helping out.
