The place is ok not very well organized but is ok, but the pharmacy attendant are always talking between them whit only one person taking care the line no matter how many people are in line that's the reason 3 Stars rating.

The worse customer service ever. If you need to visit the minute clinic don’t bother to waste your gas it’s never open. Long lines always. Pack your patients because you will be there for a while.

I am very offended because the pharmacy manager has very bad manners, I went to get some medicine for my children and she treated me very badly, she is very rude, people like that should not deal with the public.

This is a horrible pharmacy. They do not tend to patients. Waited in line with 20 other people for about 30 min when they just closed the gate to shut down for lunch. With all those people outside waiting. So many people working in the pharmacy and only 1 tech attending to the line

Incredibly, they close the pharmacy 30 minutes from 1:30 to 2. Today they closed the door in my face and another person who we were waiting to pick up medicine, the doctor told us that she was sorry but they were going to lunch. I left without my medicine that I need because I am having a very uncomfortable allergic reaction. They shouldn't all go to lunch at the same time. It is intolerable indolence. I'm changing pharmacies right now. They are not going to mistreat me anymore. Terrible service

You would think that the store manager would look at these reviews and correct the issues there. Long wait times, disrespectful employees, horrible customer service, I rather drive 10 minutes longer to another cvs, than to deal with the people there. How many horrible reviews will it take to get this corrected? Or does cvs corporate have to be contacted. This is the worst cvs I’ve ever been to around the country. A pharmacy in a third would country does better than this place. Someone please fire everyone and hire new staff, and train them in customer service, until then, I will never step foot in this place.
