Valeria could not have been more helpful. My situation was a bit difficult as I work out of town and am home every 3 weeks. I ordered a wedding set online a per policy, corporate wanted to return it after a few days. Valeria arranged to hold it longer. Silly police as it was already paid for. She was also very helpful in resizing it temporarily. I ordered the wrong size but still wanted to give it to my sweetheart while I was home.
You need more folks like her! Very personable, I will definitely recommend her to everyone.
