This is the worst delivery company I've ever had to experience. They didn't just mess up once, not twice but three times!!! in a span of three weeks they never got it right. After the second time they failed to deliver my appliances, I came to the Google reviews and wasn't really surprised how all the reviews mutually agreed this company is terrible. On top of never delivering my appliances, they called me and left a voicemail from someone named Patrick who just sounded completely unprofessional. He left a voicemail stating " I hope you check your voicemail, I hope that you're home, later." Take it from me and the collective bad reviews on here and ask your store that has a third party who they deliver through. If they say RXO just forget it and move to another store that does their own deliveries or a different third party cause RXO definitely will not deliver and reschedule you multiple times.

We purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Home Depot on 8/7. We were told to expect delivery in 3-4 weeks. Fine…that’s to be expected where we live. The first delivery date was set for Tues 8/29. The delivery driver showed up at our home at 11 am even though that was an hour before the given delivery window of 12-4 pm. Thankfully my husband was home. We we’re having a bad thunderstorm that day and the stairs outside our home that the delivery people would need to use to bring the appliance into our home were too wet and slippery at that time, so the delivery was rescheduled for Thursday 8/31. On 8/31 no one called us or showed up to deliver the refrigerator. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact RXO we finally got ahold of them and the delivery was rescheduled for Saturday 9/2. No delivery time frame was given. We were however told they would contact us 30 minutes prior to showing up to deliver the appliance.At 5:50 AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING a delivery driver called to say they were 5 min out and headed down our road. We woke up quickly and scrambled to clear out the path to the kitchen. Then, the 2 men that showed up said they DID NOT have our refrigerator…they were just there to haul away the old one. My husband asked if there was a supervisor he could talk to because we were told they were delivering our refrigerator today. That’s when one of the men laughed at us & said that he was “the boss” and he didn’t have a delivery for us. He was incredibly rude & could have cared less that he showed up at our home practically unannounced at 6:00 am on a Saturday morning. He said he had 15 other deliveries that day which is why he showed up so early and he no idea where our new refrigerator was and that wasn’t his problem. He said we would have to contact RXO after 8:00 am to figure that out. 10 min after that driver left my husband started getting text messages from Home Depot saying our refrigerator had been delivered! We were so confused. We tried called RXO for 2 hours to find out where our refrigerator was. We called Home Depot and they said the delivery company (RXO) was reporting that our refrigerator had been delivered. No one could get in touch with anyone at RXO!The first time we got someone from RXO to answer they put us on hold and then hung up on us. After 10:00 am the next person we were able to get on the phone from RXO tried to lie to us. She told us they had not received our refrigerator at their warehouse and that’s why they just hauled off the old one. When we told her that was a lie because we saw the refrigerator on the truck this past Tuesday when it was storming too bad to get it moved into the house she cut me off & put me on hold for 15 minutes. When she came back she said they couldn’t find our appliances in the warehouse and they would have to locate it and call us back. 3 hours later they called back and said they found it, but they couldn’t deliver it now until Wednesday 9/7.I have ordered other appliances from Home Depot in the past and I’ve never had these kinds of issues. I’ve also never heard of a company trying to make deliveries before 6:00 am on a weekend! That is so freaking rude! This is the first time we have ever had to deal with this company and it will definitely be the last. If this is who Home Depot is choosing to use as a 3rd party delivery agent, I will just choose to shop somewhere else in the future.As of right now I think we are going to end up just picking up the refrigerator from their warehouse ourselves and not dealing with their rude and disrespectful drivers and employees that can’t be bothered to do their job right.

Avoid at ALL costs!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star! This delivery service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and the supervisor Patrick is rude and unreliable. His word cannot and should not be trusted. My delivery has been re-scheduled MULTIPLE times and I’ve been burned each time due to no-show, no call. I then call Home Depot to find out the status of the delivery, they contact RXO and it all goes downhill from there. Patrick ended up telling me I should just call Home Depot and cancel my order and get a refund because “I was unhappy” among other things. Joke’s on him bc the HD supervisor was on the other line when I clicked over and merged the calls and heard exactly how Patrick with RXO was treating their customers. It’s been over a month and I STILL DON’T have my appliance. He let me know that despite being the 8th delivery on truck #3, my oven was still at his warehouse and didn’t even make it on the truck…again.

Avoid this company at all costs.I scheduled a delivery for a mattress for a Monday. They text me that morning of and rescheduled my delivery for the next day, after I had done made plans to be home. Then, the next day the mattress was out for delivery, and they never delivered. (Again, another day I arranged to be home) The only reason I found out was because I called asking where my delivery was and was informed it was being returned to sender. No one contacted me to let me know. Driver never tried calling. And now I have to wait another 2 weeks.Customer Service is no help. All they do is apologize and tell you they will submit a claim. Which I understand but you will never get an answer about anything. No one knows anything and you never get an answer.I doubt my mattress ever shows up.

Absolutely pitiful, They gave me a delivery window from 2-6pm. So I took off work, went home which was an hour drive.. I eventually called them around 5pm and they extended it to 7pm...Appliances never showed up and they never called... so now I'm at work the next day not knowing anything...0 stars. Unless the owner wants to call me and rectify this problem. Just absolutely awful way of "trying" to do business....

I want file a complaint base on the horrible experience I recieved from RXO. Even though I paid at the moment of purchase for delivery and instalation; yesterday when I received the product the two delivery guys advised that they didn't have the parts with them to properly install my refrigerator. They provided me with the worst customer service I have received in my life. The delivery guys simply plug in the refrigerator and left! I need someone to combeback and install the water line for this as I paid for this service. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional from your company.I expect you address this situation ASAP!I need my refrigerator fully functional.

Today is February 16th! Worst company for deliveries! We have been reaching out since last Monday feb 6th when we received an email to schedule installation. We called tireless everyday no one ever called back we would call and people from another country would answer the phone and give the same answer every-time that someone would call us back next day. We finally contacted tonal they got us a delivery date set up of feb 15th between 12pm-4pm well RXO never showed up. Reported the truck broke down and no one reached out to let us know they weren’t coming. Now we sit here the 16th with a promise to receive a call back by the end of the day well they closed 43 minutes ago and no call. I don’t even know how this place stays in business with this customer service. It actually makes me want to cancel my tonal order.

I wanted to post an update to my review. After I posted last I got a personal call from Robert and he scheduled immediately with me for Friday and was extremely professional and kept me in the loop while he was coming to my home. Thank you for taking the extra step to make it right after the past two disconnects.

Worst delivery service ever!!!!!!Put One start because I can’t post this with out at least giving one……Please ask Home Depot before you order anything and if this company is delivering say NO.They have the worst costumer service we have ever received.I don’t even understand why Home Depot keeps using them. All I see here is bad reviews.Delivery guys were very rude to us and hanged up the phone after stating they couldn’t find my address. We offered to send them the address or help them find it but they didn’t want it. After they hanged up the phone they called us back from the office and told us that we needed to reschedule because they couldn’t find the address. This was a big issue for us because we had to take time off from work to be here.Companies like Lowes, Harvetys, Best Buy never had an issue with finding my address.Please check before you order again. You don’t want these people to handle your delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have literally gone back and forth with this company and Adams homes since March 2022 for a microwave replacement. Each time I called, I was given a different response. After going back and forth since March, I wasn’t given a reference number until July. One of their reps Nessi is a complete and utterly disgusting individual. She does not know how to do her job as simple as writing down a phone number or transferring/connecting a call to which she thought was funny. How embarrassing to the company. She then decided to debate with me on what I know I have done since March, simply because I take notes of everything. On the other hand, she has no NOTES or even my phone number as the rep and one of the faces of the company. I tell her how frustrated I am and that I’ve been NICE AND HUMBLY SPEAKING since March trying to handle this as a mature adult and now I’m to my breaking point to make reviews and she tells me to do what I need to do. So here!

I have read some of the reviews for this company and it is horrible! Unfortunately i have to experience the same problem. I ordered a samsung refrigerator on the 12th of Sept. and was scheduled delivery on the 16th. Time frame was from 9am-1pm. Their message said, they will call 30 mins. prior to their arrival. They did not tx or call, they showed up at my frontdoor at exactly 9:30 am. My son called us, and i told him to clear the fridge and hallway. While hes doing that hes onThe phone with me. All of a sudden my son told me that they just took off !At 9:34 am! Four minutes! I have my CCTV cameras to prove what happened. Didn't even said anything about leaving, or rescheduling delivery. Nothing! Just took off! I tried to reach their customer service no one's answering the phone. No updates or whatsoever. Just F-U because we cant wait more than 4 minutes, even if we did not call 30 mins. prior to our arrival. This company needs to do something about this cancer before they loose business with their customers.

There is a reason why this company has bad reviews. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. They are disorganized and lack what would be normal communication skills. This will be the 4th failed attempt for delivery. We ordered a Peloton treadmill. 1st delivery attempt = said we were not home. 2nd delivery attempt = said we were not home. 3rd delivery attempt = XPO never received an order. 4th delivery attempt = they are missing the arms for the treadmill and need more to come in. This has been a horrendous experience. Eventually we got pictures of two different houses from the first two failed deliveries. So either their drivers are lazy and/or are illiterate and incompetent. Honestly, I think this company is understaffed and are failing to meet their deliveries. Needless to say, looking into a full delivery and setup refund! The owner should care about his business more. What a failure for delivering services...

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! They didn’t deliver my washer because their truck broke down. However, they didn’t communicate that either! I had to call them at 8pm and ask if I’d be getting it. I was told after one rep hung on me that “it sounds like you have all of the details if you know the truck had issues”. They’ve been NO assistance. My order was marked as delivered by them, so Samsung was unable to track it. Then they said that “it says here you want to pick it up”. They weren’t even going to attempt another delivery! Once I said I won’t pick it up, they had to “find it”. I am now not getting it until 8/12 and they are doing nothing to deliver it sooner seeing as they messed it up the first time. Six kids. No washer. And nothing getting done about it for 3 weeks. This company is TERRIBLE!!!!!
