I wanted to post an update to my review. After I posted last I got a personal call from Robert and he scheduled immediately with me for Friday and was extremely professional and kept me in the loop while he was coming to my home. Thank you for taking the extra step to make it right after the past two disconnects.

I'm updating my review because although I did experience an initial lack of communication regarding the rescheduling of my delivery, the staff that delivered and installed my Tonal was very professional, kind, arrived during the window I was given the second time, and overall a was great experience! Great work!

I was prepared for the worst reading these reviews but I had a positive experience with my Peloton Tread delivery this week. It was delivered on the day it was scheduled and installed properly. The two gentlemen that delivered and installed were both nice and professional.
