DO NOT ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WORLD GYM - Purposefully difficult to cancel membership. For some completely asinine reason the front desk staff at World Gym is fully capable of signing up a customer, but is useless and unable to assist when a customer chooses to end their contract. Everyone is extremely polite as they give you the complete runaround and continue to bill you monthly. The customer is told to call a third party company. When you finally get a hold of a person at this third party company it is not readily apparent that this third party finance company is even affiliated with World Gym. It's a very sketchy interaction. When you ask this third party company to end your membership you will then be told that you have to complete a form which will be emailed to you in 3 to 5 business days. If you question why it takes 3 to 5 days to send an email they will just hang up on you. Beyond the terrible cancellation policy, the gym is not set up well, the equipment is old, and the basic membership only gives customers access to a portion of the gym. If you want to use the entire gym the membership fee nearly doubles. Do yourself a favor and find another gym.

Carol was great! Roland was also great and informative! The gym has everything you need and has some cool extras that I haven't seen at other gyms I've been to.

This place is a cool facility however when you go at night a bunch of kids walking around shirtless in the way and hog up areas and do posing Contest really annoying when people trying to work out

I signed up for World Gym earlier this year and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Brooklyn had originally signed me up and made sure I could find everything I was looking for in a facility that meets my needs. Since then, Brooklyn and the rest of the staff have been very attentive and helpful. Someone is always there to help, clean and/or keep up with maintenance in the gym. 10/10 would recommend!

Great gym. We really like the size if this gym and the vibe any time we are there. Something for everyone including an outside section and even red light therapy. The trainers are also really great. I have been with Luke for a year now and he is awesome! Would recommend to anyone.

Seriously, BEST gym ever! We love the outdoor free weights (the Gorilla Room), no one has an attitude, the red light therapy options are bomb, and Sharon is an absolute doll who is always friendly, in a good mood and keeps the gym in excellent condition. So grateful for this place!

I’ve been a member since November of 2022 and I have loved coming to this gym. I’m a morning or afternoon gal, and the gym is always clean and organized. Equipment is rarely out of commission and if it is, it’s repaired quickly. You can tell the staff and owners really put a lot of heart and soul into this place! Sharon is the BEST! She says hello to me every morning and always has some words of encouragement or a laugh for me. Even on days I really don’t wanna be there, she manages to make me smile at least once! Really glad we became members. ☺️

I've been going to World Gym in Pensacola for 3 weeks now with Sharon as my personal trainer. Everyone at the gym is great, and Sharon is fantastic! She sends me encouraging texts all the time to keep me motivated, and she works my butt off when I'm training. I have no doubt that World Gym and Sharon will make sure I reach my personal goals!

Sharon was the best on helping my buddy get set up with a membership as I brought him in on a guest day pass. She was respectful as well as welcoming with her energy and knowledge of what she was doing. She’s the reason I will be trying to get more people I know to get a membership as well as the reason more people will stay at this gym due to her want and desire to help people and give them a great experience at World Gym. I started coming to World Gym six months ago when I first moved to Pensacola and I have loved it! The facility has a lot of variety and equipment to use. The 24 hour access is really great with my busy schedule. But the best part of working out here is the people. I have met some great people who workout here. The staff is amazing and always brighten my day. Sharon, who works in the mornings, puts a smile on my face everyday and is encouraging with my workout goals. I highly recommend World Gym!

Just moved into town and needed a gym. Saw this place driving by and decided to check it out and I’m so happy that we did! Sharon helped my partner and I out by showing us around and the amenities. She was super friendly and had great positive energy! Def recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a new gym!Bonus: it’s open 24/7!

I saw this place and figured I'd give it a shot. Well I bought the gold vitality membership because I thought full access would be nice but it wasn't worth the money at all. The gym itself is cramped as can be and the outside equipment is broken down and poorly maintained. I gave it a full month's try and when I go to the front desk to cancel the lady can't even do anything for me and I have to call a separate number that's only available Monday through Friday 9 to 5 and go through a automated line to cancel my membership and then they want to charge me more money to do so? It's entirely a scam that's not worth your money or time.

Easily the best gym i’ve been to. We came on vacation and wanted a cool gym to go to. The staff was SUPER nice and chill. The equipment was super nice and you could tell everything was kept up. No complaints at all. And to add on it really gave off that old school bodybuilding feel which I love. 10/10.

The gym is A1. Have only been a couple times so far but I love the atmosphere. I always get my workouts done and I don’t have to worry about people and not being able to get machines. Staff is awesome and they always make sure people are taken care of. Super clean and pro gym

Sharon gave me a tour of this amazing gym and I had an amazing time during it! She was very helpful and informative on all the machines and activities they have to offer, if you are looking for a gym this is the place to be!!!! Ask for Sharon and she will answer all of your questions and give you a few laughs along the way!!!!
