“Today the staff at this Kohl’s was just amazing! I came in looking for some earplugs that were in stock according to the website. However, they were difficult to locate. Instead of just sending me home, the staff worked together to find the product. Turns out the brand had just been delivered that day and two associates looked through the boxes for me to find it! “I went to Buckle in Cordova Mall on Friday, March 29th, 2024 and wasn't really in the best mood, however I was desperately needing some new and nicer jeans. I was greeted by Jessie, and when I say that Jessie was incredible and amazing, that is an understatement. “One evening a couple of weeks ago I went shopping here the two ladies on shift Tonya and Edith was so nice. Very helpful and the store was very organized and clean. I came out to my car only for it not to start and these two ladies stood outside with me until help came offered me a snack and something to drink. That was so sweet of them. “I resisted going into this shop for the longest time. But I finally did and actually really dig some of their clothes. My daughter really likes their jeans. Prices are affordable. Some things are cheaply made, and sizes are kind of wonky, but there are some quality things to be had as well. I wish they carried more of the styles they have on the website. Clearance truly is clearance. They are trying to get rid of it! I've gotten a lot of good bargains here. The only thing at this store I would say is that the associates could be a little more interested in helping or even welcoming you to the store instead of chit chatting amongst themselves up by the registers.”
