Had an appointment to start a business account showed up and the lady helped me with nothing told me to figure it out.

I went to do this branch to fix problem with my business card I have been received new business card after expired and why not the agent she trying to fix it but she said I have appointment. You have to wait and until I finish and I will fix it so why you make me sit with you if you can fix my problem.
