Fantastically smooth service. It's always nice to do business at a place where it doesn't feel like you are burdened. And they seem very appreciative of the business brought to them. I will be returning.

Not a true UPS or FedEx drop as they somehow lack the ability to scan the QR codes that businesses now provide. Has also tried to tell me in the past they charge the same as the USPS when shipping USPS through them but there over a $7 difference when I refused them and just took the package to USPS down the road, despite the employee or owners insisting it would be the same cost.

Quick and efficient. The staff really cares about what you’re shipping so it can be delivered safely. They also sell cool stickers! I’d recommend this store anytime.

Beware if you use this place for U Haul services. I booked a U Haul, NOT at this place .. U Haul moved my reservation to this POS place. The U Haul rep failed to inform me that there was a set number of miles for my trip from Pensacola to North Carolina and I was only made aware of it when I turned in the U Haul 5 days later and received a bill for additional mileage. When I questioned the rep about it, he first tried to pawn me off on the U Haul I turned it in to but when I told him he was the person I signed the contract with he told me he did not have to go over that with me.

Wow, can’t believe I didn’t find out about this place sooner. All the packaging supplies one might need. It was well stocked, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to print off my prepaid USPS shipping label and finish packaging my item. The easiest and quickest experience I’ve quite literally ever had shipping an item. I will definitely be coming here for all my future shipping needs.

These guys are too notch. I rented a U haul 3 times. Always fast courteous service. Plus I shipped some heavy packages to Dallas. They handled it in minutes.I strongly recommend them.

Convenient drop off location for pre-labeled FedEx packages from where I work. Never had any issues with all the packages I have dropped off.

Showed up with three packages. 2 were FedEx Ground and one Express. Before I could walk in the door I was asked by a FedEx driver if they were ground and I said yes, so she immediately scanned them and loaded them on the truck, then was informed to take the express one inside. I asked for a receipt for the two ground packages that were scanned and loaded prior to me coming inside and I was told no, if I wanted a receipt for tracking I should have brought them inside and that the drivers know not to just scan them and load them, I said ok well those are expensive returns, how can I get the receipt. I was simply informed if you can get them to unload them off the truck, but they don't generally like to do that... dude seriously. So I knocked on the window of the driver that scanned my packages and asked she was super nice and said of course, but of course the truck she loaded them on literally pulled away as she was getting up. She informed me that I should be able to track it using the shipping label that I tapped to the box since it's in my email, but do better. If you know they are not supposed to that and you see them doing then say something and then to just be like to bad.. as if that's something I should have known. If my $300 in returns gets lost you will be hearing from me.
