No one bothered me... thank God... Nice well stocked and clean store. They have items you see on the website in the store here. I'll be back to this one.

Had a pickup order that was delayed 35 minutes. I was already close by, so I went and looked in some other shops across the lot for a bit. At the new estimated time, I got another notification saying my order was still delayed, but this time, there was no estimated time. Sat in the lot for a while before finally trying to call the grocery pickup number listed on the signs to try and get an estimate. No one picked up the phone, and after a while, it wouldn't even ring at all, straight to voice-mail. Call the store to let them know, and the store operator transfers me. That department picks up, and it turns out she transferred me to customer service, not grocery pickup. The people in customer service let my call ring for a good 5 minutes before bothering to pick up the phone and then rudely saying they don't deal with grocery pickup and hitting transfer again without stating where they were sending me. Whatever department they sent my call to never picked up the phone at all. I finally canceled my order and reordered at the store across town. Always nothing but issues with pickup at this store, and I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt.

The employees allow all sorts of nefarious behaviors. The pickup is almost never available. Best of all, I usually get to scan my own groceries because there is not a robot to do it yet. As a former employee, I can avidly say I do not look forward to the next generation having to put up with this degradation. Faster does not mean better.

I only go here when I absolutely have to & it depends on the time of day. Their main focus nowadays is to accommodate the lazy people so there's more self checkout then having workers check you out. Lower your prices if you want me to do your job. I'm very disappointed in how much your company changed. I used yo enjoy going to Walmart. Now it's a chore your company needs to tighten up. You've become a joke.

Not coming back here again. The self checkout guy was undressing me with his eyes and watching me like a hawk as if I was going to steal. I was so close to cussing him out.

This store was recently renovated. You could see the improvements. The people were nice, friendly as well!!
